As I explained. I signed back into my account. It kept defaulting and asking me to make “ a new account.” After 4 years I know how to use the app. It made a text notification sound and when I went to open the text the app totally wiped out of my iOS. One of your techs couldn’t even reference the email it was connected to. Another reached out over a day later with the same unhelpful troubleshooting. I don’t need to continually be told - I logged out and need to log back into my account. Your customer service is awful and I’ve notice throughout the years that the app isn’t what it used to be. I’ve had more than usual bad sound quality, dropped calls, and hard to understand voicemails.
Consumers there are too many options out there. Go with another 2nd line option
I went with “ burner subscriber “ it’s Amazing and less expensive for 3 lines.

Seems great, so I gave it a shot. First call, couldn’t hear the audio dropped 60 seconds into the call. Call did not drop, no it kept going. They get great reception at home so it wasn’t on their end. But I couldn’t hear the person I was talking to. Called them back from my real number, was fine, so I know the app was at fault. Next two calls were fine. Fourth call, left a message. That person called me back saying the audio cut out after 60 seconds but the message kept recording. He wanted to know what the rest of the message was, but was also afraid something had happened to me since I seemingly had stopped talking mid sentence. Fifth call, shorted out, after 60 seconds. Called back, it worked. So when it works, it’s great. But it’s crap 60% of the time. My phone never drops calls or has audio issues. But this app sure does. Worst part is, if I leave a message, no way of knowing if this app shorted out and the person didn’t get it. Stupid. Unless they fix it, just use *67.

Hours after signing up and selecting a number the app shows me as not having any numbers even though I see a pending (3 days away) charge in my Apple App subscriptions. Unfortunately I already used and can’t change the number I initially selected for my required purpose and now I have no access to it. Vendor responded the bug has been fixed so I will try again when I have the need.
