Your system had problems when I accessed it with the computer. I was advised by your help desk to install MOIUAE on my phone but I cannot use apps on my phone with ease. I have arthritis and typing is painful. Please let your server be always functional so that it can be accessed through the computer. Than you for helping the helpless.
Very badly designed and function poorly! All I want is to pay the fines. How difficult is it? I know I can’t fight the fines as there is no such option but even paying is not easy.
app keeps crashing when I want to download a copy of my police clearance certificate.. and then through the website I cannot find a way to download the copy either
Very confusing about upgrading. Had to go to a kiosk to complete. Very hard when others were waiting behind me and I wasn’t sure if I was completing it properly. Very inconvenient
Every time I try to pay, it fails, and I tried 3 different types of cards. Then, I drove all the way inside Tasjeel to pay in person and thry charge an extra 320 AED to pay cash in person! What a scam.
When the first update in years rolled out it was a very welcomed update. Less buggy, Although slow to load I found the new app to be more stable than the previous. I love the new look and the initial layout of the home screen.
My suggestion to the developers: please stop changing the home screen! Where it was easy to access say, vehicle registration cards in past, with each update it is becoming more difficult to navigate! This has left myself and my colleagues scratching our heads.

Very user friendly GUI. All the services are available at our finger tips. But MOIUAE is relatively slow & the bottom buttons of the screen requires multiple touches to invoke the login/ settings option.

Although expensive, I renewed my vehicle registration quickly and smoothly. Process didn’t take 2 minutes so thank you. A suggestion would be to lower the price.

It is slow, I cant find my spouses information and I do not get a reminder on residence visa expiry alert.
It said on the ticket that I would receive a discount for paying early, and I did so, and got no discount.
Needs to be updated especially the skip or next button on iPhone 11 or pro max not working properly
I was able to login and renew my registration very quickly! It only took about 3 minutes to complete. This system makes things so easy and stress free.
