Your system had problems when I accessed it with the computer. I was advised by your help desk to install this app on my phone but I cannot use apps on my phone with ease. I have arthritis and typing is painful. Please let your server be always functional so that it can be accessed through the computer. Than you for helping the helpless.

Very badly designed and function poorly! All I want is to pay the fines. How difficult is it? I know I can’t fight the fines as there is no such option but even paying is not easy.

Every time I try to pay, it fails, and I tried 3 different types of cards. Then, I drove all the way inside Tasjeel to pay in person and thry charge an extra 320 AED to pay cash in person! What a scam.
