Until I logged in for the first time in a while and all of my content was gone. PicLocker had reset itself to new and everything is gone.

Not only did I pay to have the ad free version of PicLocker but right after paying for this I can no longer access my saved photos and documents in PicLocker because it has not been updated to work with the latest iOS. Please tell me this is going to be updated? I have sensitive docs I saved in PicLocker that I can no longer access!!!

This new updated app is terrible! It’s so difficult to download loaded photos from library! When you want to pick photos from library it’s very difficult! Where the old app you could see all your photos and albums make it easy to download! Just thinking about deleting PicLocker!

Have been using PicLocker for a long time and was happy with it until now. PicLocker will not let me upload anymore photos. Will not go to my library on my iPad like it used too. Bug? Can’t even contact support under settings. When you click on email support it doesn’t do anything.

Used to be good. It they removed the ability to upload photos from WiFi. How is this an improvement?

Over half the photos I download, come through blank and says Unsupported when I click on the individually. Please fix!!

I like PicLocker but I forgot my password. Can you guys help me on the process of getting it back?

Months passed by with out using, now don’t recall password and cannot access :(

Checked website and Apple links to developer, but no way to get any support.

PicLocker could use some finishing.
When it finishes loading photos, it reminds me to delete the files. Why not allow me to do it then?
Why do I have to leave PicLocker ?
And why do I have to enter the password over and over?

It works well both ways - importing and exporting. Folders are great. The security - needing to use password every time and not showing the last page/screen shot when you click back into PicLocker are great.

I DO wish that we could also import videos so I don't ALSO need another app. And as an "out there" wish, I'd love for photo reducing (size/memory) to be attached because PicLocker takes up the most memory in my phone!

But love it. Works for me.

It keeps pics safe from prying eyes, but they are all portrait style; no landscapes, GIF files say they're unsupported. I haven't tried video files.
Tweaks I would like would include GIF/video supported, the ability to edit and turn pics as needed.

PicLocker has really been a great help to me. Let's me hide pictures that are private n you wouldn't want your family member to see. Plus my grandkids play on my phone a lot do you know I didn't want them to open up those picture 😜. But it's a great app to keep thing Secret and I have told many friends about PicLocker. Thanks again!!!

I’m leaving the review in hopes PicLocker continues to stay on the market. I’ve been using PicLocker for like.. 6 years now I’m pretty sure. Literally the perfect app. It doesn’t store videos tho. But that’s ok. There’s other apps for that.

Have been using for 4 yrs. Use to place a lot of reference pics for personal projects not interesting to others. Simple to use, frees up iPad and easy to share interesting photos with others.

I like it how it allows you to save the photo back on your phone if you needed to. Some other similar softwares don't and you end up having to take a screen snapshot.
