TBC Bank blocked my card without any notice and has ignored me for more than a week!
I sent many messages in TBCBank , no reply. They answered my email once, but didn’t even read it, just sent a random link about opening a new account.
I’m abroad and can’t use my money. Totally unacceptable service.
TBC, unblock my card immediately!

When an attacker, knowing someone's password, tries to log into the tbc bank application from another device, he will be asked to change the account owner's password to a new one. That is, the account owner will not be able to access his account, and full access will go to the attacker. Therefore, either a complete idiot came up with this, baaaaaaa, or the bank itself wants it to be like this. That is, everything is done for the thief, but nothing for the owner of the money. The owner of the money cannot log into the bank's application from another device without changing the password. Think about it, those who use this bank to store their money 👎

Every couple month when mandatory password change will pop up, it’s impossible to do it in App, always saying some kind system problem. I can not change password and can mot log in in App, Can not use it basically...u HAVE to do this from other than App....this happened today and this happened couple times already to me, glad I had my laptop with me this time, not so lucky other times. 1 Star to get some attention maybe.

You have been forcing app updated for the last several months. It’s highly inconvenient and very annoying. We don’t always have space on the phone for an immediate update and get frustrated as we can’t perform an urgent transaction. Why can’t you let is decide when we want to update, or at least give a notice period like other apps do?

What’s up with that? Whipped out my phone today to do a quick transfer to someone and TBCBank is like, you have to update. And then the person has to wait there awkwardly while I fumble with the update and the connection throws up trouble. Maybe at least give some notice before requiring updates? Like, your app is outdated and it will stop working in two weeks; please update. Do please fix this. Never seen a respectable app behave like this.

tbc app is one of the best app among banks in Georgia but it misses important features: no chance to download pdf statement to mobile, no sent report feature.
also you cant authorize several transactions by one signature.
also some minor bugs presented

I love the mobile Bank,the only function that I think needs to be added is online chat with 24/7 working bank operator, I was looking for the function in the mobile bank and couldn’t find it so I just sent an online message, chat is more quick and easy.

There is one detail that’s missing for me. Some kind of grouping for bill payments. They are randomly arranged and you can’t move any of them down or up. It would have been nice if at least they arrange by type. For example all Silknet payments together or would be way way better if we’ll have tool to set them as we wish! Greadt app tho 🙏

Would be great to add one Emeregency/ quick summarize option in app. It would be great to add an emergency/quick summary option to TBCBank . For example, if you have various accounts in different currencies, instead of choosing each one for a transfer, you could mark all of them and with one click, accumulate the sums from various accounts into one account. This would save time and energy, as you would have all your money instantly in one total sum on one account.

I have been using TBCBank since the beginning. I keep seeing every changes and improvements and I love it. Convenient, user friendly and safe.

I am customer of TBC since 2008 and I use mobile banking since its creation. The application is very useful. It allows me to use customer service, control and use my finances with my mobile all over the world.

Since some time already it doesn’t show me the history of exchange rates; I’ve updated it several times (both ios & bank app) bit it still doesn’t work. :/

I’m not Georgian unfortunately, however, I have the pleasure of being a TBC client which is amazing. No matter where I am in the world they are always willing to help. The service, fees and rates are the best I’ve encountered and I highly recommend the bank as well as their app. Thank you TBC.

App is good and user friendly but I’m tired of seeing the blue dot in settings for updating TBCBank . This happens almost every single day and I’m starting to question the glitches behind the scenes. I have 10 different bank accounts across 3 different countries/continents. Never seen anything like this before. Super annoying for someone with ocd. Please, if possible never show me the blue dot in settings. I will update TBCBank if needed or you can force update it if there is a serious issue.

I suggest not providing app updates so frequently. You could collect all the bugs, fix them, and then release a new update. Every time I open TBCBank , it tells me that it needs to be updated.”

Bug fixes? Are you kidding us? Every time when I try to enter in mobile bank it loads for a very long time and then naglad writes that “Service is temporarily unavailable. We are trying to solve the problem. Sorry for inconvenience.”

This is very useful and nice App, but I have a big problem while scrolling my transations page. It doesn't allow me to go to transactions older than August 12. When it reaches that date, the page automaticlly goes to the current date. I would be grateful if you could make necessary changes into TBCBank.

- “My expenses” includes transactions done on the last day of the past month, when the filter is set to show only transactions from the current month

- Logging in almost always takes multiple attempts, sometimes I have to click the face ID button five or six times to actually log in

There is always a blue dot near productions activation button, I click on it and go to the products activation page where there is no indication why the blue dot was displayed. When I reopen TBCBank blue dot is still there and forces me to go to the products activation page without any purpose.
: I click the details, it disappears but reappears after I reopen TBCBank , so I always have to go to the products activation page

Best mobile banking application I ever used. Excellent design and fantastic functionality. Hope in feature I can use some new innovative functions. Great job. I guess team of professionals standing behind that application. Bravo TBC
