PerfectServe LB Scheduling Reviews

Limited app with extremely limited functionality, and certainly not intuitive. Other reviews are correct. I have contacted perfect surf several times, because PerfectServeLBScheduling keeps logging me off and every time I go back on PerfectServeLBScheduling I have to put my credentials again, and this is extreme waste of time for me to come out special day I need to use PerfectServeLBScheduling to look at my schedule sometimes very quickly, and having to login several times a day is a big waste of time. You guys need to step up your game. Disappointing!

I absolutely hate PerfectServeLBScheduling and would not use it if I wasn’t forced to by my computer. It is so hard to view everyone’s schedule at one time and very limited sorting options. My practice has 20 doctors and 20 nurse practitioners working among 4 locations. I have to scroll through all of those to find out who is working that morning to make an assignment. There is no way to move around pertinent information to me and my work day. It’s terrible.

Interface is not friendly. Most important items are buried in menus. Everything seems to be hidden. Nothing is intuitive about this program. Multiple glitches.

It’s a fine app, but I can’t get in on landscape mode for ipad. Seeing other comments, this seems to be a theme, and sadly the folks at lightning bolt don’t seem to be able to make it work. I’ll be deleting from my iPad until it supports landscape.

I’ve requested and have been waiting for landscape support for the iPad for the last several years. Got the newest revamp of PerfectServeLBScheduling and was hoping for landscape support. Still not supported. I am now using my iPad as my main computer with the Magic Keyboard. When I go to meetings, it seems that there are many like me. Would be very helpful to use the iPad app without having to remove it from the keyboard just to hold it in the upright position.

PerfectServeLBScheduling is very limited and not intuitive to use. The only thing it is good for is to check your schedule. Everything else needs to be done on a computer. PerfectServeLBScheduling version either can’t handle anything more or the process is too convoluted to be worth the hassle.

Can I please just be logged in automatically it with Face ID if I can’t stay logged in? The daily login without autofill of password is annoying. The shift views reset and are annoying to have to change back. Overall clearly an app that is not made by people who use it.

Can’t seem to find where my past request are. So odd that this is not a feature on the website or app.

Life is hectic and it would be so nice to confirm past and future dates w/o having to scroll through the next 6 months to find them or not???

App now requires me to log in upon virtually every launch- my log in credentials are no longer saved across sessions. This was not an issue prior to the new app release and is a real annoyance and source of daily frustration. Please correct if at all possible.

PerfectServeLBScheduling doesn’t provide ways to look at requests, and has limited functionality. Poor implementation at this point. Always require you to be on desktop to do things. I want to know and manipulate my schedule on an app without having to go find a desktop.

For about the past week, the “all schedules” defaults to “LB training”. Every time. No matter how much I put my team back in. Also, it’s giving me the orange “thinking” circle almost every time I try to change the date, look at a different schedule, etc. And I eventually have to restart PerfectServeLBScheduling to see anything. Not sure what happened, PerfectServeLBScheduling worked great up until about a week ago, like I said.

PerfectServeLBScheduling is helpful but it does not allow for a monthly view. Also, the daily view shows night providers twice because of the midnight overlap and it should be changed to display once only based on the start date.

Would be nice to have easier login and ability to sync schedule with iOS calendar.

Please add landscape for iPad.
Also please allow full month calendar view, in landscape mode, as you have on the website version.

Fine scheduling app, but would be a lot better with landscape mode supported for iPad OS. I am using an iPad as a laptop replacement and have PerfectServeLBScheduling rotate would be amazing!

For some reason, when it automatically imports into the Calendar app on my iPhone, the time zone is off by one hour. Although I’m scheduled from 8 AM to 8 PM, it shows up on my schedule as 9 AM to 9 PM. Multiple phone calls to customer support were not able to resolve this. Otherwise, I like everything else about PerfectServeLBScheduling

Wish it had Face ID to log in. Otherwise decent app. I seem to always have trouble with the correct default view showing.

I’ve use PerfectServeLBScheduling for many years, it has gotten better and I think is pretty functional at this point. I would agree that and ability to view the whole month would be helpful.

I have found Lightening Bolt to be very useful tool for scheduling. It is very easy to navigate and all desired information can be seen very quickly I highly recommend Lightening Bolt

So glad Kaiser Permanente started using this. Makes it so easy to use from my cellphone whether I’m at work or not. Very user friendly and easy to use.
