How to fix Starlight app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Starlight app on iPhone
Update Starlight app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Starlight iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Starlight on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Starlight network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Starlight Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Starlight not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Starlight App
1. On android, goto Settings » Starlight » click [Force Stop]

Update Starlight to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Starlight App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Starlight » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Starlight.

Fix Starlight unable to contact server/ Starlight internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Starlight » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Starlight » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Starlight
