Please I've downloaded the app but when I open it blank and says 404 not found. I tried uninstalling and installed back several times but still

I'm done with all my tasks from yesterday and today. But my account is still at Gh0 Please whats the cause After the tasks too, it was a success but none of them showed at completed too.

Close and restart the Starlight app on iPhone
Update Starlight app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix Starlight on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Starlight network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Starlight app issues:

Force Stop the Starlight App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Starlight app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Starlight to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Starlight App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Starlight app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Starlight.

Fix Starlight unable to contact server/ Starlight internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Starlight » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Starlight » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Starlight on android.
