Good app, but very bad customer services, I bought a plan but when I wanted to link my account continuously an error came up and said the account is linked with other devices, which I just made with my phone and now trying to use it by my phone again.
I was between a call, it finished my call, and it took 10-15 minutes to activate that plan, after that funny error.
After 15 min, I lost my important call unfortunately, and when I called there 24/7 customer services, after a long waiting it said we are busy and unable answer you, I tried to chat through NobelAppCallsandTopUps with help, after a min they didn’t answer me at all.

Can’t get anything done on NobelAppCallsandTopUps! The developer needs to work on NobelAppCallsandTopUps! Recharging to call, not working it’s just pending and my money just in the cloud. Difficulty to send money.
This was not my expectation when I was told about it.

They’ve removed the number pad making the entire app useless

Phone calls don’t go through but still gets charged. Didn’t work for the last few weeks. Well google voice is cheaper and works.

I payed 5.29$ but didn’t send me points .

It is the worst application and does not link to another phone number or to credit

This company took my money but never sent me the calling card or credited my account with any balance. I’m fighting to get my money back, but their customer service is atrocious.

I never know when my calls will work or not and the live help can take a while to answer. Sometime you get no sound at all or a calling sound just to be dropped. I am trying to find alternatives as I will no longer be renewing my subscription .

NobelAppCallsandTopUps doesn’t do what it should. Adding money for use in calling is extremely slow. And I can only add one amount. Nolelcom does not recognize the free bonus minutes awarded when I downloaded NobelAppCallsandTopUps . Nor will it allow me to add “deals” to the same account I linked during the initial set up. I used “deals” once And now I can’t refill using the same process. All of this is extraordinarily frustrating. I hope some of this problems can be quickly addressed.

Every time NobelAppCallsandTopUps is closed (manually/phone power-off/app update) it requires a new passcode. After this most recent update, no passcode will work, new (resent more than once) or old, so NobelAppCallsandTopUps is useless at the moment. "IF" one can get a proper passcode, NobelAppCallsandTopUps works like it should and is very convenient. However, due to the hassle of getting into NobelAppCallsandTopUps , we can only give you 2 stars. At this moment, we still cannot access NobelAppCallsandTopUps and will have to waste more time calling technical support to get the matter resolved. We've been Nobel customers going on 7 years now and and have never been as disappointed as we are right now. You are on the verge of losing a loyal customer.

Very bad on wifi or over cell phone connection. Dropped calls all the time. Need to call back alot the number I am calling !

I sent some money on NobelAppCallsandTopUps yesterday for the first time and the recipient still has not received it, and I cannot find anywhere to track it

I have been using the service to call Mexico and I had a lot of trouble connecting. Customer service was reliable on getting the technical staff to fix the problem. Still drops calls and still getting the can't connect now message but have been able to get through regularly. Easy to add more time and the calling plan bills by the second which is great!

I've loved the ease of NobelAppCallsandTopUps and the quality of the Nobel service. I recommend it to everyone I know who needs to call out of the country. The only problem I had with it was setting it up to use for the first time; I had to call customer service and they told me I had to select a different credit source than was showing up, and it wasn't intuitive that you needed to do it or how to do it. Now before every call I always have to select that one or my call won't go through, even though it shows that my default should be the correct one with credits.

I used their prepaid card for years to call Italy. I didn't know about NobelAppCallsandTopUps and I would always enter the password and number separately. I didn't mind because the rate is so ridiculously cheap. I can't believe you could make a call for this little money. Recently I went to Italy and I got NobelAppCallsandTopUps . Amazing!! I was able to call anywhere. It has all my contacts. I never needed to use AT&T and spend a dollar a minute. I love NobelAppCallsandTopUps. I highly recommend it for traveling abroad. And now I use it from my home too.

Ive been using noble calling cards for many years and now NobelAppCallsandTopUps has made it quicker and readily available on my phone with all my contacts all over the world and you cannot find that any other affordable rates like noble !
