I have to use the VPN, sometimes, that my work requires and as it is the iPad only seems to handle one VPN configuration, which can either be enabled, affording access to the network at work as well as the internet, or disabled, giving access only to the internet. So it isn't clear how this app can "install a few VPN settings" and allow me to use my work VPN settings. So the millions of us who have work VPN settings quite probably cannot use this.

This app is either riddled with bugs or is just poorly designed. It shuts itself off whenever the phone goes into sleep mode so you aren't "protected" when you re-open Safari or your email app. Other times you'll be greeted with an error message that says "The l2tp-vpn did not respond." Trying to uninstall it makes the phone freeze. I had to wipe the phone clean to get rid of it. Stunningly bad.

I just added this app and I can’t get past the sign on screen. I put my email address like it ask. Then I get an error message saying that the password is invalid. I can’t get past this screen. I was never ask for a password. What is the fix for this issue?
