Contact Star VPN Support

I’ve used star vpn for a long time and even purchased the premium, it’s worked fine until it started to turn off when I left the app I had the iPhone 5 at the time so I thought it was just because it was old, I got the new phone (iPhone X) and downloaded it again installing premium and the same thing happened, I have contacted in the past but I never got a reply which doesn’t help in the situation, I would like a fix to this problem as I won’t be using star vpn any sooner if this problem is unfixable. I installed this app 25 hours ago, but its runtime shows only 19 hours. When waking my iPhone XR with the settings page still open, I notice the “VPN” toggle switches quickly from off to on. Apparently, this VPN only works while the phone is in wake mode? Doesn’t make sense, as my phone has been in sleep mode well over six hours over the last 25 hours. Developers, please advise of any solutions. I have five more days to decide if I wish to proceed to subscribe. Hoping to hear from you to resolve this and buy by the year if this can be resolved. Will update ratings accordingly.

With occasional use its 80% dependable... any use of marathon proportions, it needs to be stopped and restarted about once an hour....so theres that? An update to previous review: after correctly configuring my Wifi router ISP etc it has truly givin me years of dependable service with only occasional connecting difficulties that have been out of there control and after being patient for a few mins, the connection delays usually dont last more than 5-10mins, I dont think its a big deal at all…nothing ever runs perfect. Overall I’m quite satisfied.
