- No option to save replies in the app (only available on desktop)
- Web and mobile app have different order of message options, which is annoying and unprofessional
- Tab bar icons are not very descriptive and don't help with navigation
- New update consistently causes app to crash when trying to view "All"
- Dark mode is not available
- Secondary functions like inserting saved replies fail often
- Mobile app is difficult to use and has limited saved reply editing options
- Message received latency is not instant
- Cannot add tags to conversations or use any of the configured integrations
- No keyboard shortcuts for external keyboards
- App has a bug where it keeps changing the filter from "Me" back to "All" messages every time a notification is tapped, which is frustrating.
I have a problem with the intercom app on iphone. Although android and PC it works fine when I try to connect in through my iPhone it kicks me out. My account is registered under marios@redacted please take a look at this ASAP it’s very important.
