I can live stream but the WFMZ plus is locked. I am in Nazareth so that’s a covered area. It does this a lot.

I have a Firestick and WFMZ plus used to work properly for me. Now, when I log in, it states that the program is not available. WFMZ plus works on my Android phone and my iPad. Why is it not working on my TV?

My news stream has constant repitition of reporters news items. Example: Matt will report; “Pollen today will be moderate at 6 -8. Immediately his report is repeated in the stream. How do I stop this?

App on Roku tv .. was fine for a year now it constantly freezes, crashes .. I can play replays with out a problem, but as soon as go with live , I can’t get more than 5 mins and it crashes .. it’s not my Wi-Fi I have fiber .. and all is okay speed is 100 percent.. I deleted app and reinstalled still crashes

I have a WFMZ account. But WFMZ+ on FireStick and Chromebook does not accept login. It also will not allow creation of a new account.

Why is 69 news locked out again. The first three blocks are locked out. I live in alpha NJ. Not outside whatever area necessary to be able to have access. Please fix this. We hate regular news. We like local. Wfmz. Thank you.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WFMZ app issues:

Force Stop the WFMZ App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WFMZ app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WFMZ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WFMZ App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WFMZ app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WFMZ.

Fix WFMZ unable to contact server/ WFMZ internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WFMZ » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WFMZ » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WFMZ on android.
