- Update two days ago apparently tried to fix something and now it’s useless

- App keeps crashing after iOS update

- No technical support option to address the crash problem

Ever since the ice storm, ClickOnDetroit home page will not respond, so have to exit? I have no problems with any other website responding, so it's an issue with just ClickOnDetroit. Consequently, I have moved over to WXYZ website which works fine.

How to fix ClickOnDetroit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ClickOnDetroit app on iPhone
Update ClickOnDetroit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ClickOnDetroit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ClickOnDetroit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ClickOnDetroit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix ClickOnDetroit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ClickOnDetroit App
1. On android, goto Settings » ClickOnDetroit » click [Force Stop]

Update ClickOnDetroit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ClickOnDetroit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ClickOnDetroit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ClickOnDetroit.

Fix ClickOnDetroit unable to contact server/ ClickOnDetroit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ClickOnDetroit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ClickOnDetroit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ClickOnDetroit
