Your app is constantly freezing on my Roku tv. It works every where else but it freezes and then shows a repeated loop. Can you please fix this issue or I will never watch it again and I will delete it in every thing I have

Can’t use WFMZ+ on my tv cause regardless of signing in it shows a locked screen for to see any content. I’m in the network area being I’m in Bethlehem PA, but since the update the app is useless and have resorted to use VIUT to see the news. On my iPhone it shows the full content and contains not locked. Same username and password was used on my Apple TV for the app.

I can’t use wfmz+ tv part of the app on my Roku. It says I’m outside the allowed area and now I’m getting a bad url on my iPhone and iPad and can’t use that now. I’ve tried reinstalling and I get the same results ughh. Please help me with this I’ve been going nut’s trying to figure this out. Thank you Christine Schoppe

on mobile apps, even after logging in, the live stream option is locked. I live in Alpha NJ 08865 which is within the listening area with service electric cable tv access. What is the considered the actual applicable viewing area that will unlock the live streaming function? curious as this was the only local news for anyone living within the Lehigh Valley area. Additionally, when opening the Apple TV app, it jsut flashes and blinks repeatedly, and doe not allow you to navigate to or watch even the pre- recorded new, weather, etc. events. what is the timeframe for correcting this software app glitch. Thanks in advance.

Signed up to watch since this is a channel I miss from getting rid of cable. They promote their app as being able to watch live news, and all shows televised. I live within the Lehigh valley area, says out of range with a lock symbol whenever trying to watch anything other than the news.
