I can view my transaction history for around 5 seconds and the screen turns white, every single time. I even tried turning my phone on and off. Still does it.
Since writing this I uninstalled GuarantyBankTrust , reinstalled it, and I’m still limited to approximately 3 to 5 seconds of being able to see my account before the screen turns white. What is the deal? Answer me!

No ability to put in a PIN number. More secure than Facial recognition. All my other banking apps except Chase allows for a Pin. I'm closing that bank. They're terrible! GuarantyBankTrust gets the job done though, I guess. Could be a little more streamlined, putting all options in one place or more easily noticeable. This bank probably doesn't have the money for that though.😒

There’s always been some glitches with GuarantyBankTrust but usually only when there was an IOS update and nothing that wasn’t fixed in a timely manner. So I’ve never had an issue however I do not like the new update at all. It isn’t easy to use. There’s too much going on and it is more complicated to see your transactions. I would recommend changing the format.

Preferred the last version instead. Would suggest going back to assets in green, liabilities in red, and all accounts on one long scroll page instead of having to click and arrow to go to next page to see more accounts. GuarantyBankTrust works, just thought the last version was a little more user intuitive.

I love GuarantyBankTrust . However, I would really like to be able to type a note when doing a transfer through GuarantyBankTrust . This can be done when logged in online, but not available when doing a transfer using GuarantyBankTrust . I use my app way more then logging in online.

Before this last update I was able to preview my accounts and see how much money was in each. Now I am unable to, this new update I have to sign in every single time. Before the update, I knew how to deposit, transfer and anything else I wanted to do and now everything is scattered everywhere. Very messy and horrible new update please fix this!!

I have banked with other banks and none compare to the service I get from Guaranty. I recommend them to anyone looking for a bank that cares about the customer.

I have had many banks accounts, but this one stands out better and the ability to transfer money to accounts, pay a friend or even give money to some one in need state away with Gnty Pay! Love it!

I enjoy the ease of moving my money around as needed. I don’t like that I am limited on my transfers from savings to checking. As a student with my fixed income level, I need to be more flexible with my money transfers

GuarantyBankTrust is so easy to navigate, time efficient and secure! I’m impressed by all the capabilities GuarantyBankTrust has to offer. From the basic transfer, pulling in outside accounts for all in one access, or locating a free ATM anywhere in the country, this bank has it all.

GuarantyBankTrust works well most of the time and I enjoy using it. I don’t understand why it periodically asks for user name and password , when I use thumb print ID to sign on; then I forget my password and have to go the EXTREME hassle of a password reset.

The Frustrating GuarantyBankTrust is not up to date in real time. I can’t see last few transactions as to why my balance is what it is.

I moved to Royse city, TX & was looking for a bank to set up an account. I saw Guaranty Bank & Trust and how long they have been in business & felt like I would get very good customer service. My husband & I were assigned to Paul Jenkins & he was really patient with us. He took the time needed to explain the questions I had & I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to open an account.

GuarantyBankTrust makes banking easy. We love Guaranty Bank. We use GuarantyBankTrust almost daily. It’s always up-to-date with our transactions and easy to use. We use Mobile Check Deposits and the Spending tab to keep an eye on how we’re spending our money.

I’m not liking the new update, because it shows charges from last week to now this week and it doesn’t automatically show what was charged the day of, please change it back the way it was.

The upgraded app makes it really easy to track our spending, send money to my kids and deposit checks. Very intuitive all around. And seems to improve continuously.

I’ve been using this bank for quite awhile and continue to be impressed with their friendly service and get it done attitude. Really enjoy banking here!

New one has too many choices and options that make it confusing the old app was user-friendly

Royse City location has the most courteous, friendly and professional staff. They listen to your needs, provide you with excellent service and assistance in all banking needs. I moved ALL of my business there when it first opened as Texas Leadership. Best place to bank!

My husband and I bank at Royse city, Shirley Frasier is this kindest, most pleasant person. She always has a big smile on her face. Anytime I’ve had a bad day and I go through the line at the bank and Shirley is there she always helped me turn my day around she’s a very very sweet lady.
