DrSulaimanAlhabib looks nice, but the login feature is awful. Instead of prompting to login when you open DrSulaimanAlhabib , it’s later, and the resets when you finally log in. Also, the radiology feature is broken and spins as if it will load. Useless app, in my opinion!

On the surface DrSulaimanAlhabib is well done. It is easy to book appointments and select doctors. The icon for ‘contact your doctor’ doesn’t work. Well it appears to let you send messages to your doctor or ask them to call you, but the request are not sent to the doctor. I complained to different doctors that they did not reply to my messages. They all said the same think, ‘ we don’t get them. We do not know where they go, but they don’t get forwarded to us’ . :(. Major FAILURE!

I faced app crash regardless how many times I tried. This issue happened when I tried to pull up a lab results from last year. I hope you solve this issue ASAP as it is necessary for the patients.

DrSulaimanAlhabib has all the services that you’ll need as a patient, However the user experience is rather bad and it is very hard to reach some features as well as the interface “look and feel” is not user friendly at all, the color distribution and the main page’s hierarchy needs improvement 👌🏻

Needs more improvements specifically with taking appointments for Radiology and gynecology customer service are unprofessional
Some lab tests doesn’t show on DrSulaimanAlhabib even after 10 days from taking the sample

I must say the improvements in DrSulaimanAlhabib are up to the mark. DrSulaimanAlhabib gives a very professional look plus it is easy to use.
There is a bug in DrSulaimanAlhabib. Ask you to login again when you click on medical file, Sk your doctor. Please check

This application is better because it’s allows us to do everything instead of call the hospital but there are some accessibility major bugs that you have to solve it in the next update or next release
One you have to label all the images with the proper name of it you have to label all buttons and make a description of all images

DrSulaimanAlhabib is in general good. But the way to book appointments is really bad. You must choose hospital, then doctor, then you see the dates available for that particular doctor. If you are more concerned about dates than about the doctor, there is no way to choose your preferred date and then available hospital and doctors...

Sometimes upon booking the appointment I don’t get any confirmation messages and that’s very annoying when I go to clinic and I’m not booked,loading information takes along time also,

It’s a good application, but need more improvement in the performance ( very slow + some time not responding when you choose a service)

DrSulaimanAlhabib is well done , giving it 4 stars because when I wanted to view the scan images it said to change the language to en-US , I can’t find the option to change it and I don’t understand the reason to change it to see scan images please advise !

DrSulaimanAlhabib has very simple UI but very frustrating to use, if you want to go one step back you will have to re-do and fill all the forms.

I value DrSulaimanAlhabib because it helps me organize my entire families’ appointments and medical history. It is much easier to use than calling in to make an appointment. The lab results are posted quickly and I can review the different doctors and their qualifications to make the best selection for us.

DrSulaimanAlhabib is so simple and easy to be used ... always enhanced with new features.

You can manage bot inly your file but all your family as well. I will just love to have the feature to communicate with my doctors directly.

Wonderful use of DrSulaimanAlhabib . Easy to make it change appointments, view lab work, reviews of doctors, prescriptions and even setting a timer to when to take them and much more. Thank you

DrSulaimanAlhabib makes it very easy for me to book any appointment and provides almost every service I wanted, not to mention the great services the hospital itself provides :)

I wish every medical community had an app like this. It’s super easy to use. I can make appointments, view lab/radiology results, communicate with my doctor, and easily cancel or reschedule appointments. It also provides an online check in portal and payment portal.

Illogical placement of items all over.

If I need to book a follow-up I must go look for the dr. again. There should be an easier way where DrSulaimanAlhabib presents my usual Drs and allows me to schedule appointments.

Trying to book an appointment when in a different time zone doesn’t reserve the correct time. I choose the time according to what DrSulaimanAlhabib is showing (SA time) but DrSulaimanAlhabib passes the wrong time (according to my time zone) and I end up with the wrong reservation time.

On top of that it’s very slow now.

It doesn’t show my latest laboratory results. It doesn’t show the name if the doctor on “live care”. Also live care calls are hard to connect with. Some doctors in my timeline i have not visit ever!

Every thing is fine with DrSulaimanAlhabib except that I cannot find my medications records for many doctors.
Also vitals history also is not recorded properly so it can be traced easily

The only problem is DrSulaimanAlhabib is very slow.

I used Alhabib application heavily for my family medical appointments, follow medical results, X-ray and etc.
Really it's powerful and useful application.

An amazing app which has everything you need. It is truly one of the best hospitals in Saudi Arabia.
