Close and restart the ProCam app on iPhone
Update ProCam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProCam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve ProCam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ProCam app issues:

Force Stop the ProCam App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ProCam app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ProCam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProCam App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ProCam app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ProCam.

Fix ProCam unable to contact server/ ProCam internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ProCam » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ProCam » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProCam on android.
