    Not remembering login information

    This app is not remembering login information. I have the sliders turned on to remember my login information and it is not. Also this app should have the option to use FaceID and automatically log you in to your account once it is set up. Please update this app. I have deleted this app and reinstalled it also I have had to factory reset my phone a few time and set it up as new because of other issues and still this app does not remember login information or log you in automatically.

    The reason why I’m giving this app one star. Is do to the fact that you can’t see how much interest accrued. All there is a circle with a exclamation mark, just to tell what interest is. Also the design could be 10,000 times better it is very poor. Please update the app, to where you can see how much interest has accrued on the loan. Please at least make the app design better and why does a 4 year old need to use a Financial app ages 4 and up to use that app. That’s stupid. Please update.

    Update won’t let me log in

    I was forced to update this app because of the red warning on top of screen indicating that I had to update to the latest version. After update, I keep getting same warning box telling me to update which I already did , when trying to log in . If you’re going to force customers to update the new at least make sure the app works. Or get new IT people that know what they’re doing !

    Fire your engineers! As an engineer, this app is offensive. Your engineers don't even know how to parse JSON and the app fails to log in your users because of it. What a joke!!!!! Hahaha...if the login experience is this bad, I can only imagine how many holes they have in securing our personal data. Fresh target for hackers! Enjoy and please don't use my info!

    Not working

    After installing update this app doesn’t even allow me to type in user name or password it’s useless. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times reboot phone and still doesn’t work!

    Misleading & Dishonest BAIT & SWITCH!!!

    Twice pre-approved for a personal loan on a soft pull do I did a hard pull. That’s when they only offer a secured car loan. Are u crazy with rates like those! Bait & switch.

    An absolute joke of an App for a decent company

    Just took out a third loan with OneMain/previously SpringLeaf and have a perfect payment history with all loans paid in full within 6 months of open. Absolutely the worst "app" I've come across for any even halfway decent financial institution. Constantly freezes with the OneMain logo spinning, any profile updates are not saved and you can't even see payment history on a loan. You can sure as hell make a payment though which says where this banks priorities are. The local branch has been great to deal with, but whoever is responsible for this so called "app" do us all a favor and get rid of it until it's actually worth using. Extremely disappointing for such a large organization to have such a remedial and non-functioning "app"! I'll definitely keep this in mind should I ever consider future business!! COMPLETE FAILURE and OneMain should be ashamed to call this their official "app"!!

    Another tool used to make payoff difficult

    The strategy of this company is to make things increasingly difficult in regards to making payments, and this app is simply a tool towards that purpose. While trying to make a payment through the app, the app prevents you from using the Paste function of the iPhone in order to paste your Springleaf account number. This forces you to have to navigate back and forth between the Springleaf app and wherever you have your account number stored on your iPhone. Secondly, it fails to process the payment after you fill out all the information. It returns an error reading that the 'Session Expired'. This app should serve as evidence in the eventual investigation of this company.

    Zero Stars!!! Negative rating

    This new design is the most ridiculous app I’ve ever come across. Its even worse than my credit union and they are a small bank. The design looks like it was made by a child, it has zero functionality. It just lets you make a payment that’s it!! The contact us button lets you send a message but you don’t even know who its going to. I’ve paid my bill and its still showing a balance for a date that has already past. The money has been taken out of my account. With the amount of interest you are making off of everyone’s loan you would think you would be able to hire someone who can develop a decent app.

    Just wow.

    I've never really taken the time to write reviews for applications but my gosh, how inconvenient this app has been. Takes about a minute to load into my profile sometimes, then when I try and look at my statement, I'm waiting about 2 minutes, until t says that my records cannot be accessed at this time. When I go to payment information, I cannot see my payment due, date due which requires me to go back and look at my statement, go figure what happens. I really wish for this reason I could have another loan somewhere else, not like the rates are the greatest even with a lien. Will try to get out of this ASAP!!!

    Update my balance and due date!

    It has now been 10 days since I made a payment and it is still showing I owe my bill and the incorrect amount. This is very frustrating! I like to log in frequently on things I owe to make sure my payments have posted and my balance is going down correctly. There is no way to see this because every time I log in It is still saying I own my bill. Makes me feel like you took my money but didn’t credit it correctly! With technology now days this isn’t hat hard to accomplish! Please update your online stuff and the app!

    Whoever created this should be fired

    Are you kidding me? I actually know my user name and password. There is no place for you to input that information. Instead, they force you to put in your account number, name and last 4 SSN digits. Then the link on the bottom which is supposed to take you to the full website doesn't work! Please get a clue from Capital One or Barclay and make a real app. This is supposed to make things easier, not make you want to shoot yourself. Disgusting excuse for an app.
