Samsung S8, latest system working fine with may very many more or less recent apps. Only Kidizz starts but freezes on the bird image at the beginning. My wife's Kidizz works perfectly next to me (cannot be a network issue, looks like a Kidizz - Samsung S8 issue?

How to fix Kidizz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kidizz app on iPhone
Update Kidizz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kidizz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kidizz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kidizz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kidizz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kidizz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kidizz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kidizz » click [Force Stop]

Update Kidizz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kidizz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kidizz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kidizz.

Fix Kidizz unable to contact server/ Kidizz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kidizz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kidizz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kidizz
