Almost Zero Functionality

The app doesn’t display my membership card anymore. I signed out and logged in several time, even deleted and reinstalled the app, and still nothing. I have to login to my account thru Safari to get the card barcode. I also can’t see what tickets I’ve purchased or have left to use. It’s just pretty terrible.

Not even able to download your membership card for entrance. You would think at minimum you could purchase and save your tickets on the app to be scanned once you arrive. Nope. It’s strange how such a sophisticated and large city museum has no usable app. It’s been bad for years and only declined.

This is a horrible app, if you have a membership it will say you don’t, the app is extremely laggy as well. Just overall not a good app and need to look into a better developer or something.
