Whenever I select a form in HCSS Field, it will show that it was selected but when I click on the form to open it, it just loads and will stay stuck on that loading screen.

How to fix HCSS Field app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HCSS Field app on iPhone
Update HCSS Field app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HCSS Field iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HCSS Field on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HCSS Field network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HCSS Field Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HCSS Field not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HCSS Field App
1. On android, goto Settings » HCSS Field » click [Force Stop]

Update HCSS Field to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HCSS Field App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HCSS Field » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HCSS Field.

Fix HCSS Field unable to contact server/ HCSS Field internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HCSS Field » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HCSS Field » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HCSS Field
