Problems with iOS 13

This app has been marginal ever since we were forced to adopt it by our answering service. With IOS 13, now it won’t allow voice dictation for creating messages. Now I have to dictate a message into the Notes app, then cut and paste into the app message window. Also doesn’t support use of apostrophes, quotation marks or line breaks. Messages look like the author is illiterate. Lack of ability to tweak the alert tone is also an issue. I can’t imagine it would be that hard to address these and the other issues brought up in the other reviews.
Poor app that has prevented me from seeing important messages.

Bad app. Don’t recommend because it has been unreliable and has failed to log me in a number of times even with the correct credentials. Could not answer pages. No Face ID or fingerprint to use to log in. I don’t use any more for those reasons.

I am not receiving notification sounds. Yes I have already checked the notifications section and sounds; both on.
