De mai bine de 24 ore, la incercarile repetate de accesare digionline TV imi apare mesajul de eroare exoplayer_001 care se reia o data la fiecare 9 secunde. Programele radio functioneaza. Am incercat cele trei recomandari de mai sus ( oprirea fortata a aplicatiei, reinstalarea alicatiei si stergerea memoriei cache si a datelor alicatiei, insa fara nici un rezultat. Ce alte optiuni avem pentru corectarea situatiei descrise?

La incercarea de a vizualiza programele TV pe Digi online imi apare mesajul Exoplayer 001 care se reia din 9 in 9 secunde. Este o problema a mobilului meu sau de la Digi?
