How to fix USHandicap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the USHandicap app on iPhone
Update USHandicap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall USHandicap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix USHandicap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve USHandicap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

USHandicap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix USHandicap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the USHandicap App
1. On android, goto Settings » USHandicap » click [Force Stop]

Update USHandicap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear USHandicap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » USHandicap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart USHandicap.

Fix USHandicap unable to contact server/ USHandicap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click USHandicap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto USHandicap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch USHandicap
