Screen goes black,audio goes off

When I stream Braves on Bally sports app on my galaxy s 4 tablet the feed is fuzzy... When I use my MLB app the stream is HD clear . How can I improve my Bally feed ?

App suddenly this week plays for 2-3 minutes then freezes regardless of reinstall or what you're watching (recorded or live).

I have Ballys sports plus. How do I watch the Cleveland Guardians? I live in the Cleveland area.

While watching Cleveland Cavaliers basketball game on DirecTV streaming service controlled by Roku, remote stops working and game either freezes or fast forward starts and won't stop. Switched to other stations and apps and roku works fine. Bally sports is the only channel that the roku has ever had a problem with. How do I fix this?

I just wrote you about no sound on either BSSO or BSSE for either the Grizzlies game or the Predators game on 12/23/22. I forgot to tell you I have comcast cable and this is the first time I've ever experienced this.

I could see the Memphis Grizzlies vs. Phoenix Suns game on Bally Sports Southeast, and I could hear sound from the arena, but there was no sound from the play-by-play announcers at all. The same was true tonight for the Predators game on Bally Sports South. Help!!!

Where is the sound to The Texas High School game between Wimberley and Carthage. The game started with sound but starting in the second wuarter sound went out came on for a couple minutes and now is just silent. I'm giving you guys a chance to be my sports channel , but right now you are failing Please ressolve this issue asap. Thanks

While watching on DirectStreamTV, the NHL game suddenly becomes distorted or worse. It happens almost every game. Clearly a technical problem. Makes us wonder who is running the sound. It is happen right now: 11/10/22 at 8:50 PM.

Screen is just black, tried reinstalling restarting computer still doesn't work

At the end of every live sporting event(5-7min left) the screen shrinks down to a small box in the upper right hand corner. If you select it to go back full screen the pause/play and fast forward/rewind buttons won’t come off the screen. Additionally when the controller goes idle it will shrink the screen again. This only occurs on my Xbox one. It does not happen on any other devices.

I watch the Milwaukee Brewers game every night on Charter's Channel 30 and I have constant interruptions of the audio as well as some horizontal streaking. I do not have this on any other channel, so I know it's a Bally problem. Please fix this!

Why were last two games between Tampa Bay Rays and Houston Astros blacked out? I live in Lee County Florida which is not a blackout area.

During MILW. Brewers telecast in central WI the screen (video and audio) suddenly cuts out and goes black for a few seconds. It’s not a buffering issue. It is very annoying and not to be tolerated for a yearly subscription customer. This must be fixed by Bally!

There is no audio on Bally Sports KC.

Watching Marlin game and again the station has big problems with color mixed up on the tv screen AGAIN Please fix continous problem

Was trying to watch the Brewer Giant game last night and the video kept freezing up the entire game. Extremely dissatisfied .

During mist if the games there is distortion where the screen freezes and the picture goes haywire. Happens a lot.

Bally sports games get frozen during balgames. This is using the cable company "Spectrum" in NE Ohio. Very frustrating for my elderly mothet, a Guardians fan, who is tech-challenged and can't fix on her own. I see others are experiencing the same. Can you fix thisvon your end?

The videp on Bally Sports MW skips and repeats consistently.

OMG...what's a woman gotta do to watch Cardinals baseball. This is so frustrating. Can't tell you how long I've tried to get this app to work across platforms. Probably cumulative of hours! It's absolutely ridiculous that baseball fans have to go through this to support our teams!! I miss the old days now where we had 3 networks and could just turn on the ole game and there it was. Very disappointing!!

Why is this app such trash? Has not worked on any device in about a week. It will go in and out on one TV, the next you can click something and it will take u back to the same screen. On my phone it gives me the code 3 error.

In daily of late, TRYING to watch the Twinkies, the channel freezes up, as we try to fast-forward, as the game is taped for OUR convenience and times. Is it DIRECT or Bally's fault -- for what we pay DIRECT -- I am embarrassed, upset, and ready to cancel and ignore the Twins completely. Who is at fault and how do I get re-embursed for sports channels we aren't getting proper reception on. Thank YOU!

Bally sports app not working on Roku, Fire stick, or Android for over a week

I have been experiencing video issues. The stream ad would play no problem but as soon as the ad was over I got nothing but a black screen. I just uninstalled the app on my nvidia shield, re-inatalled it, and logged back into my provider and it is working now. Might be worth a shot on other devices as well.

Bally sports app has not broadcast Cardinals Games since 5/20/2022. It says that I am not entitled to view this content even though I have been watching cardinals game for over a year. My TV provider is Spectrum cable and internet.

The app had not been working for a couple weeks now. I've tried reconnecting with TV provider, reinstalling the app on phone and TV, and still nothing has fixed it. I only have it to watch the Brewers games as this is the only way for me now to do so. And we'll, now I can't even do that. Why is this???

The Bally’s sports app would not connect to the Los Angeles Angels game tonight 5-20-22

We can not connect to the Minnesota Twins or Milwaukee Brewers game tonight Friday, May 20th.

On my fire stick When I try to play Kansas City royals baseball the player won’t load it just spins. If I cut power and reboot the entire system it will play however the next time I open the app I have the same issue

Keeps crashing and starting over at the beginning of the Wild/Blues game. Giving up and switching to ESPN

The app has been terrible tonight. Keeps shutting down, even switching between the Reds game and WPT. Won't stay on.

The player constantly is loading and saying "go live". I don't know if anyone else has had that issue. I'm doing mine through spectrum.

Constant loading issue for padres games. Have to reset tv and internet multiple times every night. No issue with any other apps and my internet has no issues?

Ever since April 1 we've been using the bally sports app and it constantly crashes, lags, we cast to our smart TV and we have to re-cast multiple times because it drops off. We've contacted Spectrum our service provider and they say our connection is good. We have NO issues with any other app or streaming, just Bally Sports app. How can we fix this? Does anyone know if they will be sending out and update to fix??

Had no sound on channel 58 through Cox Cable to watch the game and still don't. Already, called Cox and they said it's at your end. Called twice to get this issue resolved but it has been 4 hours and no return phone call. Ever since your company took over Fox Sports time the customer service is not existent, picture was distorted last year and we were having sound issues also last year. My mother lives in Lakewood, Ohio which is 20 minutes from Parma and she has Cox also but she has sound. Our other Ballys channel 14 to watch the Cavs has sound. Would like a human to call me back ASAP to get this resolved as quickly as possible preferably before tomorrow afternoon game. Thank you. Elizabeth Hershey

Since April 1, I have not been able to watch anything on the Bally Sports app. When it lets me log in and activate, it immediately closes itself. I have emailed Sinclair and I have checked with my internet provider. While I did get a number from Sinclair, they are not responding to anything. I cannot get the app to work on my television and on my smart phone. I am at a loss since I am missing hockey games and soon will be missing the baseball games. When I called Sinclair, the person did say they were "in a transition" and it could take a couple months for it to get it working right. So, meanwhile, what do I do?
