Mixed Emotions

The content in this aap is very good and helpful, but the print in it in MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps is very small. I have not been able to find a way to enlarge the type size within MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps and the “large type” accessibility option available on my iPad and iPhone does not work with MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps. These two issues together make MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps very difficult for a visually impaired person to use. I really hope this will be addressed in future upgrades to MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps .

Good app, 10th step needs some work

I’m grateful for and recommend MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps for recovery. The spot check tools should follow the types of questions that are applicable to the various types- the fear, sex, and harm inventories all look like the resentment inventory in MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps but those have different questions like for fear, there should be the fear prayer and then “what would god have me be?” Thank you Nathan!

Great tool for my recovery

Love MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps! Great way for me to keep a digital record of my writings for my recovery. Gratitude lists, journals and spot checks, all easily forwarded to my sponsor. My only suggestion is an auto save feature. I can’t count the number of times I’ve started a gratitude list, and gotten interrupted, and when I go back to the list, it’s vanished. If the developer could fix that, it’d be perfect for my uses.

Grateful for recovery and this app

MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps is such a handy resource and so helpful to my abstinence, my spiritual life and my sanity regarding food.

MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps features important passages from the AA Big Book, and the 12 Step and 12 Traditions which are important to me as well as for other recovering people.

I really enjoy reading things such as “the Third Step Prayer”, the Seventh Step Prayer “, “On Awakening,”(page 86 BB), and “The Serenity Prayer “, from page 41 in the 12&12.

In addition to having these gems in one place, MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps features a spot check inventory which follows the format of the Big Book for convenient, on the go inventories.

MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps helps me to keep my side of the street clean, and keeps me firmly grounded in my abstinence from compulsive overeating and restricting.

I highly recommend MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps for those who wish to continue to grow in recovery ❤️‍🩹.

I love when technology is applied in a way to help society. This is a perfect example. Thank you for creating a digital version of the big book instructions for doing 10 and 11 on a daily basis. This is not just applicable to OA members - the tools can be used for anyone in 12 step.

Love this app

MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps helps guide my morning Step 11. It guides my Step 10 in the evening. I share this with my sponsees. It’s such a good tool. I especially appreciate the connection to the Bog Book. I would ask one thing… can we add The Promises? I think that would round out the content.

Not In OA but I’m another 12 Step Recovery Program

Awesome app! I use it daily and share my committed food with my sponsor. I look back at it when I’m making my food to insure I’m eating what I committed!!!! Thank you for helping me keep track of my day count and what I am eating daily not to mention the prayers!

Meets most needs

What more could I ask for in an app that is dedicated to my disease? I can ask for anything! The developers are very responsive to feature requests. MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps works very well. It has strengthened my program by adding structure that is available 24/7.

Working my toolkit

MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps is great! Look forward to starting my mornings with some daily reflections of OA literature. Also, love that I can do a quick spot check or nightly inventory and email or text to my sponsor for fellow OA member. Keeps me and my shortcomings in line. The simplicity of MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps works for even the not so tech savvy folks such as myself!

Great App

I’ve been in OA for a while and I just started using MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps. I was hesitant to use it at first, bc it had a good plan section and I don’t use a good plan. But once I took a closer look at it, I found that the nightly inventory, prayers, and gratitude list are so convenient all in one place! It’s worth getting premium for the convenience of not having to cut and paste my nightly inventory into an email every day. Thanks for MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps , Nathan!

Great Update! Would Love to See New Features

I love MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps! It’s been so helpful to my recovery. But after years of using it, I would love to see new features added in. Some things that could be useful: (1) a space to add prayers; (2) a space for daily writing; and (3) a link to the AA Big Book online.

Serenity

I use MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps every single morning. It’s the first thing I look at when I wake up, no matter where I am. It’s how I start my day. That’s one of the tools that I use to keep my food sobriety. I’ve been using it for three years now. Thanks to the maker, and an enormous thanks to my Higher Power GOD!

Use Every Day

This is a great app. I share it with people all the time. I use MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps every night for my Nightly Review and Gratitude list. I have two Nightly Review buddies who also use MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps . We text our reviews and gratitude list to each other. It keeps us accountable and feeling connected with each other.

I’m really grateful for MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps!! You get me, my struggles with food and relationships, and how they work against and for each other.
It’s simple and so easy to use. I do have one tool request please. The addition of a “daily commitment” or “just for today” would be helpful in making that commitment and sending it to sponsor or trusted fellow. That simple tool would fortify the restraint muscle.

Fantastic 10th step app.

MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps is so wonderful for me. I was having trouble doing the 10th step on a regular basis. This makes it so easy to record and to share with my sponsors. I like the questions and the different parts of MyOAToolkitOvereatersSteps that I can use to further my recovery. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants easier way to be more regular about doing their 10th step.

Just What I Wanted

Used the free version for a few weeks and found it very useful but wanted to do more so I bought the full version! Love being able to email my sponsor info.
