How to fix Spike app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spike app on iPhone
Update Spike app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spike iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spike on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spike network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Spike Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Spike not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Spike App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spike » click [Force Stop]

Update Spike to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spike App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spike » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spike.

Fix Spike unable to contact server/ Spike internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spike » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spike » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
