First off, the front page is trash. The only place you can live in the United States is Georgia, then after you select Georgia you can only select 4 languages - which does include English luckily enough.
The second thing about VisaExplore that scares me is of how sketchy it is. Most of the pop-up Apple prompts are noticeably Apple or not. But these pop-up fakes are so obvious it scares me because of how hard it tries. It was also originally made in a different language because of all the grammar mistakes are were super obvious.
If you care about your device at all, do not download VisaExplore.

VisaExplore crashes after Jan-07 update. Nevermind, useless app anyway.

Surely a company with the resources that Visa has could make a simple app like this work. Back end is obviously down or can't be connected to - continual error messages saying "Unable to access Data Services ". Pity would be a useful app for travellers - especially the currency converter

Traveling to Japan, trying to find ATM locations there. While VisaExplore does support the countries/regions mentioned in the description, language support is for the respective country only! In my case, picking Japan turns the whole UI into Japanese. Absolutely useless and completely incomprehensible, as all the different languages are already in VisaExplore but they won't let you chose the one you understand.

The first page of signing up requires you to tap a drop down menu for language and country and it doesn’t drop down.

Why Europe and USA are not in the list!?
are we not customers!?

You must be kidding me , in the country/region , NO CHINA , ok that’s fine , BUT WHY NO US?

VisaExplore does not include the United States in its list of countries.

App does nothing but displays a Visa splash screen. Useless.

VisaExplore is not working, update the virgin it to old.

Ability to register for the visa concierge without making international calls.
Quick access to emergency assistance and concierge numbers
ATM locator
All concierge services can be submitted through VisaExplore .
Customers feedback for offers & discounts & if the received or not.
Evaluation for the service from offers providers.
Ability to report any fake offers from the offer page itself.
Offers filtering.
Complaints center & feedback against financial institutions & offers providers.
Please, consider all these points. I'm a visa infinite holder & not satisfied about the service that I'm getting via VisaExplore.

USA isn't even an option for location.

There’s no option for United States or English speaking countries. Tough to write a full review when you can’t get into VisaExplore (based on other reviews I’m not missing much)

I can’t get passed the first page. It won’t let me click on which country.

Why doesn’t it have the country that I’m in, it even asked to use my location but apparently I’m not in the US?

First page’s drop down menu of choosing the region does not function, I cannot access VisaExplore !

I was hoping VisaExplore could help consolidate information regarding my Visa Signature cards. It doesn’t.
AMEX has a fantastic app that Visa should look at for some pointers.
Also, what’s the deal with not having North America on the regions?

All VisaExplore does is show the Visa logo and then crash. Would give 0 stars if I could
