Finally, and great (UPDATE)
[UPDATE] since using the new iPhone 13 Pro and the latest iOS (15.0.2) I don’t receive notifications from AmazondeVISAKarte anymore. I already added AmazondeVISAKarte as exception in all Focus modes, and I still receive notifications from other apps. [/UPDATE]
Glad that finally Amazon Cards have an dedicated App in Germany. As a first step it’s great, but there’s some things could change: 1. Option to change the language, at least to English. 2. Saving the login data, so I don’t have to write the account name and password every single time I login. Rather than that, it’s looking good! Thanks LBB for finally putting this out!

Datenqualität grottig
Die Transaktionsdaten sind absolut nutzerunfreundlich und für einen Abgleich mit einem Haushaltsbuch so ziemlich unbrauchbar. Für Amazonkäufe, sieht man zwar die Abbuchungsumme und das Bestelldatum, nicht aber den Verkäufer oder eine Bestellnummer oder sonstige Hinweise um welchen Kauf es sich handeln könnte.
Diese Daten waren vor der Umstellung in Februar alle da. Man konnte sie in der Desktop-Browser-Anwendung sogar in Excel-freundliche Formate exportieren. Hier in der App geht das gar nicht, auch nicht in andere Formate. Wenn ich also eine komische Buchung entdecke und ihr nachgehe will, habe ich keine weiteren Transaktionsdetails für die Hotline etc. Man kann Probleme mit einer Transaktion melden, muss sich dazu dann aber wieder im Web einloggen (das geht nicht aus der App heraus).
Auch nicht im Browser auf dem PC.
Die Servicemitarbeiter sind zwar nett und bemüht aber leider hinsichtlich dieser Dinge nicht geschult. Einfach unterirdisch für eine exklusive Anbindung an einen so riesigen Anbieter wie Amazon in Zeiten wo Fintechgesetze viel mehr Datenweitergaben an Drittanbieter erlauben.
Bitte umgehend verbessern.

You can’t use AmazondeVISAKarte in English. You can’t pay your balance from AmazondeVISAKarte . No ability to set up autopay. The card isn’t able to be added via Apple Pay. Transactions often show up in AmazondeVISAKarte delayed, often over 24 hours. When you pay your balance via SEPA transfer it can be 24 hours or more before the balance shows up as paid in AmazondeVISAKarte . Generally quite useless other than some basic functions like locking your card and checking your delayed inaccurate balance and Amazon Points accrued.
