After almost an hour on the phone with a representative updating my choices for the upcoming insurance year, she was not able to print out my benefits and send them to me, or email them to me. I tried printing them from the app, and all that happened was I was continuously redirected back to "choosing" my benefits for the upcoming year. All I want to do is print out my changes so I have a document that can prove the changes I've made, but so far I am unable to do that.

Nothing is fully functional; errors on my account kept me from completing my enrollment in the time allowed. Resolution is never certain. I was told to update my elections with a day remaining to provide documentation, which didn’t work from the browser, so it required I load the app on my iPhone, where the framing made it impossible to read instructions. I then was asked to complete a survey, which I did. But it wouldn’t save. GRRRRRR

When opening a different page other than the one I was on, without fail I was never provided the option to go back to the previous page I’d just left. It was either stay on that page or close out my open enrollment leaving me no option but to start over countless times. Not to mention no option to print anything. Very antiquated!
