Really easy to use, user friendly, and has everything I need all in one spot. Didn’t realize I needed my benefits information as much as I do until I had it all in one place.

After almost an hour on the phone with a representative updating my choices for the upcoming insurance year, she was not able to print out my benefits and send them to me, or email them to me. I tried printing them from Benefitplace , and all that happened was I was continuously redirected back to "choosing" my benefits for the upcoming year. All I want to do is print out my changes so I have a document that can prove the changes I've made, but so far I am unable to do that.

Great experience. With easy access to a mobile application during open enrollment it makes it easier for me to review options with my family. Love the Touch ID integration so I don’t have to remember another password.

Nothing is fully functional; errors on my account kept me from completing my enrollment in the time allowed. Resolution is never certain. I was told to update my elections with a day remaining to provide documentation, which didn’t work from the browser, so it required I load Benefitplace on my iPhone, where the framing made it impossible to read instructions. I then was asked to complete a survey, which I did. But it wouldn’t save. GRRRRRR

This is a fantastic app for benefits. It’s extremely easy to use and has come in handy when I need information on my coverage while checking into the doctors office. Everything you need is at your fingertips!

Downloaded Benefitplace and finished open enrollment in a matter of minutes. Easy to use, and detailed breakdown of every section. Made Open Enrollment simple. Thank you!

Easy to follow & understand. 1 problem - when I went to print the final document after making my elections on my IPhone, Benefitfocus not only doesn’t allow it to be printed but I couldn’t copy it either. I ended up taking a screen snap shot & printing it that way.

Literally surprised I even signed up for my benefits through Benefitplace super helpful and easy

When opening a different page other than the one I was on, without fail I was never provided the option to go back to the previous page I’d just left. It was either stay on that page or close out my open enrollment leaving me no option but to start over countless times. Not to mention no option to print anything. Very antiquated!

The new look of Benefitplace is great! I love how simple it was to add my son’s birth cert from my saved photos so he can be approved for coverage. Also love that I can purchase coverage for other products such as ID theft protection.

No need to carry around you ID cards. Easy Enrollment and ability to manage my benefits throughout the year. Touch ID is huge as there is no need to remember another login if and password. Love Benefitplace!

15 minutes on my couch enrolling in benefits. It’s intuitive and easy to use. And I can access my benefits info on the go anytime during the year. Love it!

After reviewing my account I seen that both my dependence where taken off. I was shocked so dug a little further and not one time was I notified about changes via anything! Just by chance I found myself so now idk what’s going to happen with my family’s coverage

Access all your benefits from your phone. Not just health insurance, but also voluntary insurance like vision, dental, pet, life... it's pretty comprehensive.

Just downloaded and installed Benefitplace . Had to sign in three different times to see any information and every time it crashed. Developer needs to find out why Benefitplace is crashing as it contains crucial and personal information.

Fully functional, you can do everything you need to via Benefitplace. Nice

Enrollment was easy enough, but the document upload didn’t work. I kept getting an error message that said to try again later, and it never worked later either.

This is very easy and quick to do.

Benefitplace is comprehensive, intuitive and a breeze to access!
