Warning to small business owners

My account was closed overnight for “fraudulent” purposes for no reason. I am a legitimate small business owner. I had 1000 flyers printed from vistaprint with my new number the same day, waste of money now. I had started a Google AdWords and Facebook ads campaign with my new number which I had to shut off at 2am. I had just signed up (day before) and only tested the service and setup my voicemail routing. The call logs will show I only tested and forwarded calls to my own personal cell and have not even been able to actually use the service.

Very unprofessional, glad I found out now before I started distributing my flyers with the new number. What if I had done any serious advertising with the new number that they just suddenly closed without any explanation one night? Wow, I really dodged a bullet. Can’t I believe I would have trusted my livelihood with these guys. There’s a few alternatives out there I will be taking my business elsewhere. What a waste of time, energy and money. Small business owners, please think twice before trusting your livelihood with this company. This was my honest experience.

The app is great, if it actually worked consistently

We have been using mighty call for some time now and it has helped to manage our growing call volume, but it is far from perfect.
I understand there will always be bugs and there are fixes, but it seems like every time there’s an update a new bug or error happens that takes longer to get fixed. Like missing journal history in MightyCallClassic , calls dropping all the time, poor call quality and calls being sent direct to voicemail/hang up even though there’s at least one person assigned and available to take calls.
MightyCallClassic and website are what we need for our call management, but it needs to work better for us to be satisfied with the service.
We will be looking for an alternative to cover our call management needs.

Don’t Waste Your Time or Money!

I installed MightyCallClassic on my iPhone 7, excited for the abundance of features that Line2 and MagicApp do not offer. Aside from MightyCallClassic not working on my phone at all when trying to make a call, these features do not work:
-Option for customer to leave a voicemail when on hold. Endless loop of being on hold when all users are busy since customer does not have option to leave a voicemail
-Make notes on calls received. Only works on missed calls which defeats the purpose entirely
-Basic call functioning on iPhone 7 running latest version of iOS both outgoing and incoming. Complete silence and no option to end call unless app is forced to quit
-Had not made any calls aside from testing the system, call minutes were depleted by 53 minutes. Either call minutes are inaccurate or outgoing/incoming calls are counted regardless if the call goes through or not. Very shady!

Overall very glitchy, does not work as advertised and I am deleting from my phone and canceling service, and requesting a refund. I am so upset I wasted my time porting my number to MightyCallClassic that seems to have the same problems for 3+ years ago looking at reviews. No thanks!

Not good alternative to many out there.

I’ve had mighty call for close to two years now and all the time have been waiting for photo/video insertion in text messages to be incorporated.

Not only has it happened, but MightyCallClassic seems to be getting worse And worse. Notifications doesn’t get cleared, certain account settings you can only change on the web app, other account settings like “active hours” gets changed without notice. When there are free apps doing more, it gets me thinking why the heck am I paying for the “service”?

RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER “RESPONSE”:
I’ve already reached out through MightyCallClassic . The last time I’ve “talked” to Marina, who told me “there’s no suitable solution”. I’ve been a customer for almost two years and as long as I’ve been a customer MMS support is being “planned”. Furthermore, the phone numbers cannot be ported out. So my business is stuck with a monthly bill that doesn’t even provide the most basic services. Give me break, “contact us through MightyCallClassic ”...

Interface looks great but struggles

I got MightyCall for my business and MightyCallClassic was a selling point on going with MightyCall. Since then I have struggled with both MightyCallClassic and the desktop version of the program. It does what it says by allowing me a separate number for my business and routes calls accordingly. The problem is in calling people back, listening to voicemails, etc. MightyCallClassic does not work flawlessly and just recently, MightyCallClassic got an update that has taken away the only way I had at listening to voicemails or responding to texts through MightyCallClassic . The journal feature does not work on my phone so it’s useless. Hope they get all of this worked out and get the system useable.

Overall Good With Potential

The system is better than MightyCallClassic . MightyCallClassic does not allow the user to manage call flow so I am constantly having to log into the web version from my phone. The system itself is pretty glitchy. We miss many calls a week from the wrong phones ringing or certain phones not ringing at all. If someone sends a call to voicemail on the call list, then the other phones don’t / stop ringing. I’m experimenting with whether having a call phone on “do not disturb” does this as well. The webcalling feature is unusable and caused us to miss two days worth of calls when we attempted to use it. It gets confused when calling several numbers at once.

The call recording function works well. As long as I stay awake 24/7 and monitor it for glitches then it’s great.

Customer service is nice enough and helpful mostly. I just had to stop using several features and “dumb it down” to basic call forwarding.

This system has potential.

Always innovating

I like MightyCall because they are listening to their customers and always innovating. You can tell from their app updates and feedback forum.

I moved from Grasshopper to MightyCall because of MightyCallClassic... It is way easier than remembering to push "##1#xxx"... when you need to transfer a call (like Grasshopper).

I rated then 4 stars because the desktop access really needs a chrome extension. That will totally complete the circuit!

If you are a small business with less than 50 employees, this is worth checking out!!

Long-time satisfied customer

So I run a small flowershop and I can only say that I’ve been pleased with MC for a while now! They’re reasonably priced which is great for my budget and they’re always super helpful when I need it. I don’t really have anything negative to say, though I know you’re supposed to say something - from some other people I know who have them, they don’t have API integration, but I don’t really need that all too much. Overall a great experience!

All that you’d need in a telephony app

Been using MightyCall for a bit now and I gotta say I’m pretty pleased. It’s pretty easy to use and solidly laid out (aside from the text interface, which is laid out in a bit of a weird way but doesn’t detract too much). Doesn’t cost too much as well, which is really nice. It doesn’t have API integration but I don’t really care about that since I almost exclusively use MightyCallClassic . Would recommend

Straightforward app and a straightforward company

Cannot say how pleased I am to actually have one of these apps that actually works. It’s super easy to get through and does not have any real issues to it. A couple problems with the way you send text messages, but they get through simply enough and everything else is set up nicely. It’s sort of...clean? If you can put it like that. Really nice to look at.

Good for the $, good for the customers

MC is great bang for the buck. The services rendered are exactly what is advertised, not really any hidden fees or the like. They’re pretty congenial to, I’ve found their customer service to be really friendly.
MightyCallClassic itself is nice too, easy to use. I wish that some of the settings on the website version were also available on MightyCallClassic but the rest of it is so well set up that I can look past it

Thrilled with customer support

I’ve burned through a couple phone number companies now and MC’s is the first where I’ve legitimately appreciated the customer service. They’re usually pretty quick to answer - I dunno if they have an all-night team or what but they answer really fast even when I have problems at random times. MightyCallClassic is pretty easy to navigate too, so I don’t have to contact them too often to begin with

Long-term happy client

We’ve been with MightyCall for a while now, and overall don’t have any real complaints. At very rare times the call quality has gotten a bit out of whack, but that was usually when I was in a bad reception area myself. The features are incredibly useful and really helped me to organize my business. I originally was just looking for a phone system but MightyCall had so many features I ended up making it a cornerstone for how I run things.

Actually got help when I needed it

Just a short bit - I like the features MightyCall offers, but being able to ask for help when I need it and actually get a response is so incredibly nice. The couple other telephony companies I’ve used had service which I wouldn’t really write home about, but MightyCall has genuinely blown me away. They’re quick to respond, and the folks on the other side of the line actually seem to know what they’re doing. Thanks MC!

Cares about their customers

The MightyCall app seems built around taking customer suggestions into consideration, which is quite cool. I’ve been with them for a while now and seeing it change over time - they made a big shift a while back - makes it clear to me that they’ve altered it to work with what customers have said (at least imo the directions they’ve taken have all been in-line with my thinking). It’d be nice for some more changes - a couple features available on the desktop like the journal aren’t available on MightyCallClassic - but it isn’t enough to detract from the experience as a whole by a longshot

MightyCall is great for on-the-go me!

A lot of my small business involves moving around a lot, and MightyCall has really helped me seamlessly move around. Most of the important things I need to do I can do on MightyCallClassic , and I’ve found it pretty much no matter where I am the sound quality is great (the only times I’ve had trouble is when my signal has gotten weak). The one downside I’ve found that I can’t really access the Journal function while moving around, which tbh isn’t really a huge concern. Would recommend!

Intuitive and de-centralized

I don’t know what some of these other reviews are talking about- one of the main reasons I switched to MightyCall was because it seemed like MightyCallClassic easy to use, and I’ve definitely found that to be the case. It’s intuitively designed, looks good, and everything is where it should be.

Another useful part of the service is that, once you get it started, you basically never need to access it on a computer again. A lot of the main features you can access on MightyCallClassic , which is really nice.

A well-rounded experience

The MightyCall app is well built!🔥 It seems sturdy and does not have many issues with it, at least from what I have been able to tell so far. The few times I have had to contact their support staff - mainly due to a couple problems with where you send text messages - they were quick to answer and pretty helpful! I don’t think I’ll need to message them too much though - MightyCallClassic seems like it was constructed with future possible issues already in mind, so it’s pretty intuitive in that way👍

Good service

Overall, Mightycall is a great app, but it has so many bugs, sometimes I have to reinstall MightyCallClassic because there are errors trying to connect, so I cannot see the past calls or SMS, it happens almost every week and it’s getting annoying. It’s absolutely a cache problem, I’m using MightyCallClassic on my iPhone 11 Pro Max I hope they fix it soon!
UPDATE:
They did fix it, but I’ve found some other details that they are fixing!
Customer service is great and that’s what really counts, if you have problems they’ll do their best to fix it soon.

Best small business phone system

No other better system for our small business. Didn’t have to buy any new equipment, and works seamlessly across multiple phones/people. Added phone widgets to website. Allows for texts, calls, and more for a great monthly low price. Really couldn’t be happier with this service.
