was great until the popups!

I loved Filterloop when I first downloaded it. Had great light, dust, and lens flare texture overlays that made it super fast & easy to create "retro-looking" photos. With the recent update, there are suddenly ads everywhere! I understand this is the free version, so banner ads are understandable; but 5+ second pop ups for tacky flash games that I can't click out of that occur multiple times within the span of a minute? Also really disappointing they made it so you now can't not download your image with the "this app" logo on it - used to be optional, now you have to pay premium to remove it. Or just take it into Photoshop. At that point, you might as well do all your editing in Photoshop. Now that I can't just quickly edit a photo in a couple minutes, it makes me second guess keeping Filterloop around.

Terrible and a waste of time👎

I was trying to get filters on my phone because they are very limited and I also wanted the double exposure for cool pictures to make and I was really excited to see Filterloop had both and it was free! But it was to good to be true. I went on Filterloop and selected a picture and tried to do the double exposure and it was way harder than the one swipe that the person did in the ad. So I moved on to look at the filters and I found one I liked and pressed done and a ad popped up and said get the unlimited for 4.99 every month for $40! Unbelievable! usually apps give up a seven day free trial this gave me a 3 day free trial! I played around with it a little more and you couldn’t get ANYTHING with out the unlimited! I do not suggest Filterloop to anyone, but if you REALLY like the filters my best idea is to screen shot your photo and crop off the edges. I hope this helps!

Pleased with this app!

I love Filterloop!! I can’t get over how much more quality it gives my regular photos!! I would recommend this to all of my friends!! On top of that, it’s simply fun to use!! Everybody was asking how do you do that stuff on your photos?? I had to tell them, it’s called this app!! They couldn’t wait to download Filterloop , so they could try it out for themselves!! I started out just thinking I wouldn’t subscribe, UNTIL I realized how much fun it was to play with!! I’m more than happy I decided to subscribe to Filterloop , now I just don’t know what I’d do without Filterloop, I use it for all of my photos

It’s okay. Needs work.

Like I said, it’s okay. The filters are good and the editing tools are too. First, there are WAY too many ads. I get that it’s a free app and that’s how they stay running, but the best aps have a system where you earn some kind of in-app currency by watching ads to unlock more features. While that’s mostly utilized for games, it could work in basically any app and help avoid way too many pop-ups. Second, the filters are a little out dated and not as trendy, and there are only three packs of free filters. This is where the in-app currency system could come in handy. That’s about it. Good enough for a free app, but could be better.

Great app, lots of unique and easy to use editing features!

Photo editors are a dime a dozen, and I generally refuse to pay for an app - because one of the free ones has to be good enough, right? This one is definitely worth the money. Are the ads annoying before you purchase? Yes. But getting rid of the ads is only one small perk of purchasing. Not buying access to all of the content still gives you a lot more than other apps, though I assure you, the subscription is well worth it. The only editor you’ll need.

Update made me rate it low

I really loved Filterloop for the amount of options it gave me, no bugs, fast and creative filters. And it was advertising even bigger opportunities with premium. But after the latest update, it feels like they are literally forcing users to buy Filterloop . Such a basic stuff like removing logo option is should be paid for. Ads run every 20 seconds while lasting seems like another whole 20 sec without a chance to go out of it. So you spend 10 minutes on an editing a photo while previously you were spending 2 minutes max. It is really sad that you go for such measures to force us to buy paid version. I really liked your app.

Supreme EXCEPT for Watermark

UI font is TOO SMALL! The default to watermarking for every image takes Branding to the level of UII (User Interface INTRUSIVE). Lose the default change-inhibitor! And allow the UI change to be standard as a 1X change for the watermark. Then add Filters and Textures for true Anaglyphs. That would rate this 5 stars and the top of the pack.

I have the PREMIUM version and I had to reinstall Filterloop . Now it’s asking me to resubscribe? Come on folks. NOT a good way to treat your most loyal customers.

Great way to drop ratings!

There are “3” filter packages available to download with the free version. Upon opening Filterloop for the very first use, you go through a quick tutorial and then choose your photo. You are then prompted to select your dimension preference. Next, Filterloop opens up to the filter selection screen. There are no filters included with the original app download. Going in order from left to right, there are two with a download symbol; the third option has a comment box symbol. Following these 3, are the Pro filter packages.

Remember! I still have not gotten to edit any pictures. I first 2 packages required me to watch an ad; I had no problem with that!

The third package angers me. In order to download this filter pack, you must come here to give feedback. I don’t know about you but i don’t like being conned into writing a review. Especially when I haven’t even had the opportunity to try Filterloop and it’s filters.

I obviously realize I could have tried the first two and then gone to the feedback pack. I wanted to try all of the filters out at once.

Quite impressed

And I don’t say that lightly; pun intended! I’ve tried so many photo editors & I have a few I stick to, but hadn’t found one that did it all. Filterloop has features I haven’t seen before & they make editing simple, which takes out the frustration of putting my time & creativity into something just for it to not work out. Honestly I haven’t even begun to really see everything they offer, but so far I’m very pleased.

Works well overall

Filterloop has cool filters and I haven’t had any technical issues with it. However, there’s not much you can do on it if you don’t get the premium; pretty much everything advertised here is found in the premium version, so Filterloop isn’t all that free. The only real problem I had with it was that some functions in it that claimed to be free kept saying that you had to get premium to use them. Other than that there were a few cute free filters that made my photo look sweet and vintage.

So Far So Good

I haven’t had Filterloop for super long yet, but at the moment I enjoy using Filterloop. They have a nice variety of filter and tools to chose from. Although you do have to constantly watch advertisements if you want to download a new filter, and some you can only download if you have pro. But overall I do like Filterloop over some of the other apps because you don’t have a small section of only filters to chose from and minimal to no tools.

Amazing!

Filterloop has all that I need to edit my pictures and create awesomes results, the best filters with the best quality, the best functions and the best of all is really easy to use. I really recommend Filterloop, apart that have all that you needs to create your own pictures and get awesome resultes and creations, is really easy to use and is completely free. Filter loop is my personal app to edit my pictures, I really recommended 100% 😄😊...

Amazing!!!

I tried to look for a filter app like Snapchat but couldn’t find one, and just when I was about to give up, I found Filterloop, and decided to try it out. I thought that there would probably be a lot of add pop ups and everything would cost money. But I was so wrong! There are hardly any add pop ups and there is a lot of free stuff! I love Filterloop and use it all the time! I recommend it!

Hate the adds/ love the app

I would give even 6 stars to Filterloop if it wasn’t for the annoying looooong adds, I wouldn’t mind if you could close them right away, I cannot even work with my photos if I am getting a pop up every 5 seconds, otherwise this is an amazing apps, I love all the filters. Question: If I buy the PRO pkg will the adds disappear? Lol.

Recently started using.

I’ve recently started using Filterloop to add a quick and professional, upgraded look to my Instagram photos.
I’m trying to build my Instagram page to be more consistent and professional, and these filters are so simplistic in how easy it is to apply. They easily change the entire look of the photo for the better.
I definitely recommend Filterloop!

No Sugar Coating

First impression was great, filters looked nice and convenient. Unfortunately I had only browsed Filterloop for not even a minute and I had an ad that was 15 seconds with no skip or “x” to close out. I let it go at first because I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But not even a minute passed by and another 15 second ad popped up with no way to skip. Once that appeared I deleted Filterloop . I apologize but in order for your app to compatible with customers, the window between browsing and ads needs to be cut short. Also a skip should be added after at least 5 seconds into an ad. Disappointed

So far so good!

I just downloaded Filterloop , but from what I’ve seen so far I really like it! There’s tons of free content to use, too. Which most apps don’t offer! I’m excited to see what I can do with Filterloop.

Edit* so now that I’ve been using Filterloop for a little bit, the fact that an add pops up literally every 30 seconds makes me never want to use Filterloop again in all honesty. Yes, other apps have advertisements, but they don’t pop up constantly while you’re trying to edit your photo.

disappointed

I downloaded Filterloop, used it and it was decent. I DELETED Filterloop . I did not give credit card info for THIS specific app, yet from Dec 16,2018 to now they have been charging my account $5.36 A WEEK! Sometimes twice in one week. I never truly look at this account bc I put any saved money in there and don’t touch it. So sad a app would take advantage and charge ppl almost $6 a week for basic editing tools. Not happy, currently trying to figure out how to get reimbursed for some. If Filterloop was truthful about the charges upfront it may have been different but none the less I am irritated. Beware of the charges!

RIP Filterloop

Filterloop should be incredible, but you have two options now for this free one; buy the full version or delete it & throw your phone against a wall. Obviously you want to try different filters to see what best fits your photo, and the latest update gives you an ad to watch for every 3-5 times you tap on your screen. By the time you’ve made it through a handful of textures and filters, you don’t care about the photo anymore. Cut it down to the static ad banner already on top of the screen and I’ll give 5 stars guaranteed.

Couldn’t Continue With Limited Version

Just after downloading Filterloop it gave me the choice to continue with the limited version or try Filterloop free for three days. It wouldn’t let me continue with the limited version on the iPad. It didn’t display my photo gallery. I deleted Filterloop and gave it one star.

A few days later I downloaded Filterloop again on the same iPad and tried choosing the limited version. This time I could see my photo gallery fine.
