Set up an account and make an order. After ordering I realized there was a mistake with the address. Luckily the confirmation shows where you can change the shipping address. After clicking the change address link I was able to change the address and confirm. This however left me with 2 orders. Neither is cancelable due to company policy. So now just waiting to see what happens when one package is undeliverable. Customer service wouldn’t let me cancel either order even though the were both pending for a day.

I made a purchase and on the next day I got an email saying that my photos would be returning to the company and after that I never got an explanation why. I tried contacting them by email, Facebook, Instagram and even “customer service” if you can call it that. The only answer I got was a message in FRENCH that I translated and they basically asked me to not send more than one email and just wait for my order to be reviewed. Terrible service and poor customer care. Never got a refund or my photos. This is honestly a joke.

Honestly the worst customer service ever! The app would not let me change the shipping address... it’s very buggy... was tapping and tapping and then the 15 min window expired... 🙄 Customer service can only be reached through email. They sent me the contact for DHL to take care of it myself. 🙄🙄 Unless they improve their service, I would strongly suggest avoiding this company.
