So I had to reset my password once and may have it again unless this is just FultonBank . So the first time I logged in and presses remember me and remember password on my phone and because it was still new password I forgot ( it may have been FultonBank not letting me in ) now this time I know it has to be somewhat right because I try to keep passwords the same range and it won’t let me in and after trying twice a password it tells me I can’t try to put a password in for 2 minutes like I know it’s a bank for hells sake let us put it in up to 5 times before doing bthat crap . Also I swear I put the face scan to Oprah my account idk what happened to that

A month ago they asked for you to reset your password. I did and afterwards I resend the new password to myself so I can keep record of it.
I tried to make an online deposit today and it says I have an invalid user id and password. ONCE this happens it locks you out of your account. First it says 5 minutes, tonight I tried again and now it says “Try again in one hour” geeeze. I could walk to the bank before I can try again.
Don’t bother loading FultonBank! Please!

Never have a written a review for any app ever, however when I go to make a mobile deposit which so have done plenty of times before. It says to rotate your device to continue your deposit. It isn’t an iphone issue because I made sure screen isn’t locked and rotation works with apps like safari, I tried restarting the phone, restarting FultonBank , nothing works thus making it impossible to make a mobile deposit. Please fix or tell me how to.

My daughters and I all updated our phones when the new iOS came out and now none of us can use mobile deposit, gives the same message that several other users have indicated that the phone needs to be rotated to take the picture. It’s not our devices as between us we have an iPhone8, 11, and 12. My husband has an iPhone8 and is still on iOS 15.6 and he’s the only one still able to use the function. This is extremely inconvenient when using FultonBank is preferable to dealing with the inept staff at our local branch. Please fix this sooner rather than later.

I think the interface isn’t very user friendly or attractive in general, but manageable. However now it simply won’t let me deposit a check. Once I click the camera button to take the photo, it’s just frozen on the “rotate screen to deposit” page. Rotating does nothing. I have the most recent updates for FultonBank and iOS and all camera permissions etc are enabled in the settings for FultonBank so not sure what’s going on. This is a very avoidable inconvenience. I need this money deposited today before my student loan auto pay hits.

Hello. I have several financial institution relationships that have mobile deposit. Fulton Bank’s mobile deposit photo feature is the only one I have problems with. There are numerous attempts needed and I will go from auto capture to manual photo taking. I always use a black background as well - my husband also has had issues. We both use iPhones. There could be bugs in your software that need to be addressed.

I have experienced several issues with FultonBank having used it for a few YEARS now.

1. There are frequent server outages:m/issues. When this happens, you can’t access your accounts. While this isn’t directly related to FultonBank development itself, it obviously affects it in a big way.
2. There have been accessibility issues for blind and low-vision users using VoiceOver, While most of them have been resolved in recent updates, there are still a few occasional issues.
3. In the past I have experienced bugs with FultonBank . Again most of these have been solved in recent versions but it has not been the best experience in the past.

Just to name a few.

After the latest iOS update, the function to do the mobile check deposit no longer works. This I very frustrating as it was such a great way to deposit checks. Now, the camera does not work and I can’t use FultonBank to deposit checks. I never have a chance to stop at the bank so now this is a huge inconvenience.

Online banking always down overnight. Not all of us are 9-5... I try not to physically go to my local branch because it’s beyond slow and frustrating. I use mobile deposit now and that is sometimes a headache also. Takes multiple pics to submit deposit

Thank you for the courtesy call during this pandemic. I can’t tell you how much I’m pleased with your service for my banking needs. I have a checking account with Fulton Bank and you guys never let me down. This checking acct is very important to me and I’ll tell you why.. my daughters mother passed away a few years back and we opened this account so she could receive government assistance. I don’t know what I’d do with out Government. All in All you guys to me are the best bank in Salem County. My home bank is the Woodstown National Bank and Trust Co.

Had the Fulton app for years and it’s especially Great for people limited physically. I don’t know what I would do without FultonBank to be honest, and wen I have to call the West Berlin branch of New Jersey cause I see something wrong , they have always been Great to me since 2008. I have both business and personal accounts. I find it extremely inconvenient to have to enter my account name and password every time I need to switch between accounts. Face recognition on iPhone should be sufficient to switch between accounts.

Upgrade FultonBank one more time because when it says successfully on the account and then it doesn’t show up on my account I would like to see it when it is successful shown on my account

I love Fulton Bank and FultonBank is top notch. Easy fingerprint sign in, an easy widget to have on my notifications screen that shows my bank balance without having to physically open FultonBank , and mobile check deposit are just some of the great features.

Not to mention I get deposits faster than anyone. All my friends wait 1-3 days for deposits to hit their account, but Fulton Bank usually has it in the same day within seconds whether it’s paypal, venmo, or any other deposit system.

While the basic features are there, and easy to use. I wish they would include some more options that other banks offer, like being able to access your debt card in FultonBank to add to Apple Pay before you get it in the mail so I can start using the account and have access to ATM’s

Great app. Easy to use. I love how I can see my balance at any time. Also it’s so easy to transfer money to/from my different accounts. I’m on all my children’s accounts so I can quick transfer when needed. I like how now you can schedule a transfer for a future date. They give you notice if the system will be down and when the banks will be closed for holidays. Great app. Easy to use. Thanks Fulton!!!

The Fulton app is quite easy to follow and keep things quite organized for me. The ability to also go through that to pay my bills or to transfer money from different accounts of my children who share my bank or to cash in checks that I’ve received. It’s all very straightforward and easy. Much appreciated.

Because of your new operating system I no longer have access to my accounts from my home computer! This has made a serious impact on my ability to gain the information I need for my company.
Through my Home Computer I am able to access ALL my other bank account. Including credit cards. NOT GOOD. YOU ARE FORCING ME TO MAKE A CHOICE between leaving the bank or spending 1500 on a new computer. Bad move.

I find it very inconvenient that I cannot link my Fulton credit card to all my other accounts online so I may pay it directly from my checking account monthly without a fee. Also paying my credit card on the day it’s due at the bank office drawn on a Fulton checking account it does not credit the account same day making it extremely inconvenient

I love Fulton Bank’s mobile banking app. It is simple, organized and convenient for me to keep track of my balances and transactions. I can also pay bills and send money to or receive money from my family and friends. I highly recommend it!
