Lost my on line banking

So I had to reset my password once and may have it again unless this is just the app . So the first time I logged in and presses remember me and remember password on my phone and because it was still new password I forgot ( it may have been the app not letting me in ) now this time I know it has to be somewhat right because I try to keep passwords the same range and it won’t let me in and after trying twice a password it tells me I can’t try to put a password in for 2 minutes like I know it’s a bank for hells sake let us put it in up to 5 times before doing bthat crap . Also I swear I put the face scan to Oprah my account idk what happened to that

A month ago they asked for you to reset your password. I did and afterwards I resend the new password to myself so I can keep record of it.
I tried to make an online deposit today and it says I have an invalid user id and password. ONCE this happens it locks you out of your account. First it says 5 minutes, tonight I tried again and now it says “Try again in one hour” geeeze. I could walk to the bank before I can try again.
Don’t bother loading this app! Please!

My daughters and I all updated our phones when the new iOS came out and now none of us can use mobile deposit, gives the same message that several other users have indicated that the phone needs to be rotated to take the picture. It’s not our devices as between us we have an iPhone8, 11, and 12. My husband has an iPhone8 and is still on iOS 15.6 and he’s the only one still able to use the function. This is extremely inconvenient when using the app is preferable to dealing with the inept staff at our local branch. Please fix this sooner rather than later.
