I provide health and legal services in my company. I chose RingCentral bec HIPAA. I have them since 2013. Customer care used to be excellent now is none. My credit card expired and the service got disconnected 10 days after the automatic renewal. Tried to reinstate the service. Got one billing call that I missed. Opened a ticket for customer care. It is a week now and no one cared to call, get paid, and reinstate the service. This company is located in Taiwan. They love to benefit from the American market but they can’t conceive the USA business & trade Statues.

Imagine the damages of having the communication your businesses rely on suddenly get suspended and you fall vulnerable to the communication company not only to resume your business but to obtain your records from them if you decided that they are not reliable and you need to move on and contract a different company.

Imaging the cost and effort of filing a law suit case against them in federal court to obtain your electronic records!

Reliability is #1 in business and they are none in this area!

I recently switched to a Apple iPod Pro I was getting tired of all the viruses that PCs get. Upon coming back to Ring Central all I can say is VERY DISAPPOINTED, The service that the iPod users get is substandard. I want to chat and I have windows that open and cant be controlled blocking half the screen. I would have to teach half my staff a PC system and the other half an Apple system for Ring Central. You’re suppose to be bringing teams together so everybody is on the same page, in my eyes you’ve succeeded in doing the TOTAL opposite!!! One thing I sorely miss is the little blue pull down menu on each persons tile. IN SHORT AND IN CLOSING THE APPLE SYSTEM RING CENTRAL DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED DOES NOT WORK AS IT SHOULD or COUD !!!!!!!!!!!

Was invited to a webcast using this service. They force me to install software and give them permissions. Creepy. Get with the times and build a webapp. Even after install, the desktop version didn’t work. Something about not recognizing my email. So, I downloaded RingCentralMeetings on my iPhone. Tried to use my Bluetooth headphones but RingCentralMeetings won’t allow my audio to go to my Bluetooth headphones. Forces me to keep my speaker on in the middle of work— obnoxious for everyone. So, I’ll pass on this webcast and the webcast host lost a potential client. What were these developers thinking not supporting Bluetooth headphones?? iPhones don’t even have 3.5mm jacks anymore.

Ever since the last iOS update ring has not worked on my MacBook Pro which is brand new within three months. And then when I call IT support they tell me it’s something wrong with my computer and not their application I’ve taken it to Apple had a hard reset back to Brand New and the application still doesn’t work.

I got to RingCentralMeetings because of a client, I signed in via Google and it pushed me into a loop telling me that my email is not registered, and takes me back to the login screen. No other information just leave just stuck. First impression, not so good. I need RingCentralMeetings apparently to watch a presentation to sell us a product, I will let the contractor know.

Hackers are all over RingCentralMeetings. Your device will never act the same after downloading RingCentralMeetings. Be sure to lock down your camera and your microphone on everything because all of that will start acting all screwy. You’ll get a virus if you’re using your desktop or laptop device alongside this phone app.

I have all the proper network settings and have never had an issue with free Zoom. Yet this application, based on Zoom, has disconnected or froze on numerous conferences for no reason whatsoever. I finally had to cancel my RingCentral account and signed with a different provider and using Zoom for meetings.

Don’t start a conference on iOS expecting anyone can connect: either you run on one or the other platform and be sure to let your audience know or you’ll embarrass yourselves. Ring central? Why? I signed up with zoom because of this HUGE flaw.

It just says connecting and never connects the call.. this issue started after last update to RingCentralMeetings . Please fix it

Ring central works well. The service is solid. The treatment white glove (mostly). But SO many apps to keep up with manage and remember which one to launch to do which thing.

Consolidate. Simplify. Better for you and better for us.

I have an iPhone 6 and i wish it were a way to adjust the settings because my Bluetooth keyboard would be more useful with multiple screens on apple devices. Love fan platform now also.
