I used to use NorthwestBank all the time to monitor my accounts, but since the iOS update I haven't been able to get back on to that app. The only option it gives is "username" which I sadly can't remember, I guess (even though I use the same username for everything). NorthwestBank needs a password recovery link, because I know I'd be back to loving the use of NorthwestBank with use of monitoring my accounts, till then, NorthwestBank is terrible and low tech to what it could be.
I've always had the same password, for some reason it keeps telling me it's not the right password and now I can't get into my account, this isn't the first time it's happened. Irritated!
Everything is goo except for Zelle. Had my account and everything validated. Just kept telling me this service isn’t available right now and to check later. Called them, they didn’t know what the problem was. Wanted me to come in and have them check it out. I’ll just stick to Venmo at least it’s reliable.
Last night I was trying to deposit a check and It wouldn’t let me log in. It could not verify my information I tried about 15 times. Now this morning at 10 o’clock it works. Frustrating!
Overall NorthwestBank works well. It would be really nice to be able to make external transfers to other bank accounts on NorthwestBank . It would also be nice to be able to add and verify these accounts through NorthwestBank .
Enjoy mobile deposit but will be nicer if there is an option to have an auto capture of the check so I don’t have to retake the check
I don’t get the negative reviews? I can check my balance and do anything I need on NorthwestBank - deposit checks, transfer funds etc and it is secure. I love it.
I have been able to keep track of my money a lot easier. NorthwestBank has given me a sense of security because of it’s alert system.
Works fine. Not the most perfect app ever but it does the job just fine.
I have an iPod touch 5th generation and it says NorthwestBank is not compatible... What's up with that??? It works for every single app but this one... Sorely disappointed...
