I tried to place my first order over these last few days throughout the day. App would allow me to shop and go through the entire payment process but would keep canceling my orders saying the store was closed when it was open. Items had to be removed from my cart depending on when I was trying to send my order through (failed each time). I got an auto response for tech support. I’m giving it one star just becuase I spent quite a bit of time trying to get it to work and editing my cart to see if I could send an order through.

Overall FoxtrotDeliveryMarket and store functions, but the search function needs to be fixed.

I love foxtrot and have found their app very user friendly for the last several years.

However, the most recent update, probably meant to make things smoother during the pandemic, has a lot of bugs. Hopefully they get sorted fast and I can get back to my 5-star opinion.

Great app - very well designed, easy to use, well organized. Very easy to order for delivery or go to a store. Love that everything is local and that they have events in store, definitely feels part of the neighborhood!

Every other delivery app I’ve ever used has more developed customer service than a generalized email address. I submitted a request for a refund on a missing item three days ago and have yet to hear back. I have loved the curated selection available here in the past but can’t justify ordering anything more if I don’t receive a refund for my partially delivered order.

Love the non alcoholic beer options, the sourdough bread and the ease of use. App makes it clear to find what I’m looking for and provides great time estimates of when it will arrive

Foxtrot has fast and friendly service. The steaks, pork chops and variety of cheeses have all been of great quality! Everyone should give them some neighborhood support.

I have been using this very awesome hybrid service / store for over a year now and it has become my favorite delivery app bar none. Great customer service and great selections!

This place has good products and would be fantastic if they lived up to the promise of delivery in 60min. Last one took about 2hrs. Bottles of white wine all arrived warm. Support is totally indifferent, used to at least offer a credit - been shopping here for a long time but it’s time to try some other options.

What about sign-in with Apple or Google?
Missing ability to not only use Apple Pay but also used credit cards that are saved in phone.
Doesn’t have geolocation. Always says I’m looking at Chicago stores when I’m in a different city.

I got about 60 dollars worth of credits on my account and they marked the account for fraudulent activity and now I can’t place any orders. Not worth wasting time with their support trying to get it fixed. Foxtrot stores were all excellent with nice selection of stuff though, but won’t be using them again unless the account gets miraculously restored.

I love the store and the bounty of eclectic products and foods. I always get my order promptly and with a smile and it’s always satisfyingly accurate. Also, the packaging looks awesome! Thanks Foxtrot!

Foxtrot is by far the best delivery experience I’ve ever had during this pandemic. I’m glad I’ve discovered them !

We love going in person because the selection is great and all the food tastes amazing. Only bad things for us is that the delivery food is really inconsistent. We often get deliveries with missing items or ingredients.

I just wish they made an in-app option to tip their drivers.

Love love LOVE FoxtrotDeliveryMarket. The product selection is amazing and delivery is lightning fast. My only thing that annoys me is that FoxtrotDeliveryMarket doesn’t track past orders. Slightly annoying so I hope this is something they fix asap.

I love Foxtrot but consistently FoxtrotDeliveryMarket does not allow me to track my orders and they also show up late. Pls fix

Love shopping at foxtrot, but there’s no way to enter promo codes on FoxtrotDeliveryMarket , especially when using apple pay, my preferred method. Hate to see because I’d love to not have to use my browser to take advantage of the deals they offer.

The only thing that would make it better is if they sold weed

Foxtrot used to be amazing. Fast delivery and nailed the orders. Last 4-5 orders have been wrong or never shown up. I’ve had to receive refunds and credits. Great time for another local shop to step up their customer service and dominate the market

Foxtrot continues to send physical junk mail while not even being available in that same exact region. Not possible to stop this either.

Made the mistake of ordering ice cream from here at the end of the night. Came two hours late. And the offer was to not deliver and give me a refund for NO ICE CREAM. A frustrating and terrible experience. Will delete FoxtrotDeliveryMarket and never order from here again.

I checked out FoxtrotDeliveryMarket and some prices and it’s laughable. Only gullible consumer can be lured into using FoxtrotDeliveryMarket to shop. A bottle of Campari was $3 more than I can find in the store. A bottle of Tito’s vodka $5 more. Lastly a bottle of Hendrick’s gin was $10 more. It’s like price gauging at your fingertips.

My order was over two hours late. Customer service couldn’t even tell me where it was or when I could expect it. They would hardly even respond.
