I enjoy AurorAI for the most part. I use it daily using the two free credits because I love the results. I was interested in buying the subscription so I got the free trial. I tried to edit a third photo, but it told me I needed to get more credits. That’s fine. When I tried to get them, AurorAI crashed. It crashed every time I click on the token icon at the top right. I can’t even open the settings without AurorAI crashing. So it doesn’t work at all, and I can’t get any tokens. I guess it’s a bug, I ended up canceling my free trial. Why would I pay for a non functioning product. Plus there is no way to get in contact with anyone. AurorAI is broken and that’s just that. Nothing is going to be done about it I guess. Hopefully there’s a fix, because I am interested in starting an actual subscription in AurorAI , if it works. And right now, for me, it does not.

I will update my review when or if this is ever resolved.

I wanted to try the free trial, but instead I was charged 8 dollars and it only allowed me to make 5 videos. Then to make it even worse there was no way to get a refund and no way to cancel the membership without deleting AurorAI . Worst app ever do not ever use!!!

I loved AurorAI but they charged me a day early for AurorAI and took my money on the second day of the 3rd day free trial 3.99 so not worth it would not recommend

When I first got this I thought it was a great app I’m being completely honest the results are amazing BUT anything you wanna do you have to pay for which I’m not wasting my money on AurorAI but it’s your own choice.

I had over 800 coins so I cancel the subscription. They took all the coins that I’ve been paying months for how do you take something from me? I already paid for.

I love the idea of AurorAI and everything in it it’s just it won’t stop crashing I’ve paid for the unlimited use but it still wants me to buy credits please fix this

AurorAI works great, which makes this even more frustrating. The subscription implies full access, but after paying you’re told you need to buy credits on top of that. That should be clearly disclosed before charging users. Solid product, shady pricing model.

AurorAI is okay, technology wise it’s mediocre. They try and charge you in app for using AurorAI more then a few times… complete scam and rip off when other apps are offering the same service for free. On top of that they tell you they’re charging one thing, and charge something completely different. STAY AWAY

app terrible took my money didn’t work at all after I paid and when I tried to report It would let me AurorAI kept on going out wen I clicked help and I cancelled the subscription before 24 hours were over in still no money back. I literally didn’t even get to use it for a full 1 before it lagged out in took my money.

It won't let you cancel the subscription. I signed up for the free trial to see if I liked AurorAI and it turned out I didn't really care for it. However, when I looked for a way to cancel my subscription so I didn't have to pay for something I wasn't gonna use, there was no option to cancel my subscription. Also, customer support just doesn't exist. When you click the support button, the button just bounces and nothing happens. Now I don't know how to cancel this subscription and I'm scared.

I been using Bananai since it was free and now I have to pay… I payed for it and when I payed for Bananai pro AurorAI crashed.. and now everytime I open AurorAI and try something it closes😔

If you want people to have more fun on your app then it would be more better if you gave them more free generations to get used to it more and maybe people would start paying for it to have more fun . Have a nice evening ❤️

I tried to do a free trial and it didn’t go and just charged my card not terrible ai in the actual app tho plus I can’t open my settings in AurorAI it just closes if I open the settings I just wanted to try it out now I’m forced to pay

Paid For Premium Just To Have App Keep Closing On Me When Going To Settings And being told i ran out of uploads without even uploading anything after the purchase

I love AurorAI because I can add funny things on my brothers head and tell everyone because it’s supposed to be funny right? It is a good app but they is a lot of adds and you can only do 2 prompts a day then it’s going to ask you to pay. Anyways I love AurorAI just fix these problems!

But it won’t let me buy tokens it keeps closing out every time I try to buy can u fix that and let me get tokens please
