I had ollo credit card. They merged with Ally. It took them over 4 months to move my account to Ally. I was unable to make payments during the failed transfer. Their fault yet they reported it against my credit. Now I am told that my account is moving from Ally back to ollo. I was told to set up my online ollo access. I set up the access and then clicked on the link to download the ollo app. Guess what? The ollo app will not load on my iPhone 13. Guess I’m getting screwed by ollo again. Do not use this company. They are not competent.

I tried to activate my card today online. It didn’t work. I tried the app and it didn’t work. I couldn’t enroll or anything. I was on the phone with customer support trying to activate my card for fifteen minutes. I asked why the website and app were unresponsive. She said it was working perfectly fine on her end. This is ridiculous.

Balance transfer unaccepted by receiving bank. So they stopped payment and Ollo said the $480 would be credited back to my account within 7-10 business days. It’s been 15 business days now and still not credited. I’ve called 3 times and was told they’d escalate it and call me back. But never happened all 3 times! Ridiculous and unprofessional
