I would be embarrassed to publish an app like this. The app is exceptionally slow. It lacks an astounding amount of features that should be considered basic - such as being able to select messages and mass delete. But no - you have to swipe each one individually to delete, and even then you have to leave the page and go back to see the message disappear. Flores itself also lacks some functionality - like opting out of any kind of message. Considering there is an app, and a website, one does should not be *required* to get an email for every transaction used on the card. Options are email or email-and-sms. Just a bad service overall.

This wouldn’t accept my credentials from the prior app, so I finally just signed up all over again. Then, when trying to submit a claim, after inputting provider, there’s no way to move forward — just a “cancel” option. So it’s a completely useless app. I agree with another commenter that they should be embarrassed to roll out an app like this.

Now that FLORES in their wisdom has divided into two divisions (247 and HR) requiring separate apps, the HR authentication is an industry non-compliant hot mess.
Two factor authentication (2FA) is required, with the token going to employ your email, not a mobile phone push. Therefore, a spouse, who cannot use separate login credentials, needs access to my work email for 2FA.
Bad design, much?
