Can’t withdraw what you earned!

Unable to cash out earnings. When you hit the “cash out” button, it says there is a network error. Please fix this because it is unfair that I have watched hundreds of ads to earn what I have, and now conveniently, I am unable to withdraw anything! I understand the app is designed to only let you withdraw certain amounts based on how many days you have signed in (I have 18 in a row currently) and how many “fragments” you have earned while playing the in-app games, but I have enough that I should at least be able to withdraw $30 of the almost $180 I have earned so far. I even updated the app and it’s still giving me the same network error message. Fix this please or no more add revenue for you because this app will be deleted!

Never received my $30 withdrawal. I've been waiting for weeks now since december 19th of last year and i still havent received it. At first there was a "network connection error" when i would try to withdraw which is weird because my internent was working just fine all the way up until it was time to cashout. Then i guess because of all the 1 star reviews saying the same thing they decided to update the app. Now the cashout button finally works except you wont actually receive your reward. I tried contacting customer service a few times now but never heard back and that was weeks ago
Don’t waste your time

So I’ve had this app for a couple months now. Log on daily and all that stuff. Today I reached the $50 mark that I can “cash out”. The only hold up is collecting 45 “gift fragments”. You only have to watch 2 adds per each “attempt” at a fragment. That’s 90 adds… Twice I’ve already made attempts and “no fragment found”! Waste of time!
