Unable to cash out earnings. When you hit the “cash out” button, it says there is a network error. Please fix this because it is unfair that I have watched hundreds of ads to earn what I have, and now conveniently, I am unable to withdraw anything! I understand MarkRun is designed to only let you withdraw certain amounts based on how many days you have signed in (I have 18 in a row currently) and how many “fragments” you have earned while playing the in-app games, but I have enough that I should at least be able to withdraw $30 of the almost $180 I have earned so far. I even updated MarkRun and it’s still giving me the same network error message. Fix this please or no more add revenue for you because MarkRun will be deleted!

Never received my $30 withdrawal. I've been waiting for weeks now since december 19th of last year and i still havent received it. At first there was a "network connection error" when i would try to withdraw which is weird because my internent was working just fine all the way up until it was time to cashout. Then i guess because of all the 1 star reviews saying the same thing they decided to update MarkRun . Now the cashout button finally works except you wont actually receive your reward. I tried contacting customer service a few times now but never heard back and that was weeks ago

When you earn enough points to cash out there is another hurdle you must complete. Never going to see the money that you worked towards.

Hit the $30 withdraw threshold, went to cash out and now it’s telling me I need 49 more golden egg fragments?!? Never did it say this was a requirement for cashing out. I just wasted so much time to receive nothing. Don’t waste your time like a lot of us have apparently.

I spent time on MarkRun and have twice had enough to cash out but when it is time to cash out it says network error. Very convenient. My husband just downloaded it and I let him know not to bother. Just another scam app.

I am unable to cash out every time I try to cash out it’s giving me an error that says a network error and it won’t cash out and I’ve earned up to the 150 and it won’t let me cash out and I need to cash out that’s why I gave you a one star

Game is deceiving by giving you pennies to think it’s going to pay you. I knew it was some BS when I had to fill out a request form for my $30. The form didn’t make sense. It’s probably the 3rd or 4th day and No response & No money. It keeps saying “You’re the 53th member cashing out, we’ll get back with you shortly.”

I cashed out my $30 yesterday and still haven’t received it. Does MarkRun really pay out or does it just make you keep walking/running for fun. Where’s my $30 cause at this point it seems like a fake app that won’t pay you right away. I’m about to rate MarkRun as worthless

Cashed out my first $30 last night and still haven’t gotten it into my account…….. app keeps saying I was the 73rd person to cash out and some even is still going on, what event is this? I don’t wanna waste another week and a half of my time doing this if I’m not getting the money

So I’ve had MarkRun for a couple months now. Log on daily and all that stuff. Today I reached the $50 mark that I can “cash out”. The only hold up is collecting 45 “gift fragments”. You only have to watch 2 adds per each “attempt” at a fragment. That’s 90 adds… Twice I’ve already made attempts and “no fragment found”! Waste of time!

I downloaded MarkRun yesterday and I can’t X out on the spin wheel. I deleted MarkRun and downloaded it again and still can’t X out. Waisted my time and points that I never will get back!

After reading reviews I thought I would take a chance and try MarkRun out. Downloaded MarkRun worked non stop on collecting to cash out so cashed out for $30 to not receiving any of the money in my bank account I still have $50 I can cash out also but why waste my time again when I never received the first $30. I would like to be contacted to see where that money is that some are saying they have received.

Still I don’t withdrew 30£ they say you are 86th person we will process your withdrawal and still don’t get it I hope you will solve my problem becouse I make more effort to get this

When you’re on MarkRun and you go to claim your stuff and it’s got a girl running and it tells you air can’t load so you can’t claim your stuff that really needs to get fixed.

I like the stretching and the different ways to earn money. I’m struggling to get payouts to a Visa or Mastercard. I’ve not been successful in getting response on how to do that. Any help would be appreciated because I like MarkRun but need to get some payouts happening.

Such a nice app! I’ve been using it for walking and it really does pay out. I just cashed out $30 with no trouble at all. So easy to use, Very honest and reliable. Highly recommend! I’m ready to treat myself to something nice.
