Well, if I had only known all this before I paid $69.99 for the whole thing. I am going to cancel it today. Hopefully someone will be getting their refund, including me. We shall see. Ughhh
I cancelled this already yet you charged me again. Quit being stupid AF! I’m contacting my bank’s fraid department you dirty, useless thieves!
Charged 29.99 for months now and have not been able to reach anyone. Do not even have this app on my phone. Turning over to fraud dept at my credit union
I want to cancel, I requested that last month and I am being charged again this month, Help
I canceled months ago and I’m still getting charged!!
Did a trial and then tried to opt out. I have tried 3 times and I keep getting charged $13.99. 13.99 x 3 months is what this company owes me!! Why are you so difficult to get ahold of?? Need the refund or I will pursue legal action.
Hi, I tried this app for the $1.00 trail and cancelled it cause I wished not to continue with it and was charged 3 times for $13.99…please refund my money as I canceled and didn’t authorize these charges…thank you…
I would like to cancel the subscription I do not even have the app anymore and am getting charged for it.
I am unable to cancel this app and am Paying $13.99/mo
This is a total racket. They charged me for a subscription for an app that isn't on any of my devices. Then when I tried to cancel I was told that I had to pay $1 just to have someone help me cancel subscription. SlimKit.Health is a sham and I would advise anyone to stay away from any of their products
I would like to cancel this subscription. In the Apple subscription it shows as free yet my credit card was charged $29.99. Since it shows as free I cannot cancel it.
I paid $1 for a trial and have been trying to cancel for the last 2 days and all I can get is an automated message. I can not get through to these people and I am FRUSTRATED!!!
I want to delete this app

After downloading this app and going into it the first time, I got to step 4 of 4 and it wanted me to pay or pay. I found that VERY STRANGE. So, I went back to the App Store and checked the reviews. I was horrified after reading the reviews. Even more horrifying, reading the developer’s comments on the reviews. There is no way to use this app completely free as the developer claims. I am pretty certain this developer violated a few federal laws and plan to investigate this further. As of right now, I do not see any subscriptions on my Apple ID, but plan to check again in a week. If one magically appears then, we add a whole new load of potential federal charges. I would suggest other users avoid downloading this app unless you intend to sign up for and pay the annual fee upon downloading/opening the app. I hope those that were affected by the subscription issues with this app seek legal council. It may make for a lovely class action suit. To the developer, I would highly recommend you seek legal council related to the functionality and manner in which your app creates its charges. Deceitfully charging individuals without clear disclosure of the intent to charge them, for example, when they download a “free” app, could be a huge issue for you. You can definitely find a better way to charge people for the app without being dishonest and deceitful.

They really should state before downloading that it’s a subscription. Although, at this point, I shouldn’t be surprised, i haven’t been able to find a single free workout or walking app that’s actually free. And even the free trial require me to link a card to my iTunes, but I don’t use iTunes. I was able to figure out how to use the free version though so no big deal. That’s what my one star review was based on previously. Now, after reading some reviews and developer responses, and experiencing it myself first hand, I wish I could make it zero stars. If I click no on a premium membership, that means I don’t want it. I understand ads help you keep it free, but it interrupts almost every setting and page you click on, taking up half the page so you can’t read what’s underneath it, and if you try to click the “x” to close it out it just brings up the sign up page. If your going to do ads, do them periodically, make them small and LET ME CLOSE THEM.
And PS developer, I don’t wanna hear how sorry you are and how my feedback will be utilized, just fix it. Don’t tell me, just do it. Because you’ve been apologizing to your users pretty much since the app came out and nothing has been done, so I’d suggest actually listening to your reviews this time before someone shuts the app down

I was considering downloading the app to try it but after reading the reviews and especially the developers responses that is never going to happen.
** Developer your not listening to the consumers. The same people you want to buy your app. You continue giving the same crapping responses no matter what people are telling you about the app as if you are just copying and pasting the response. Yes we get the ads will go away with the premium service however what you seem to fail to understand for some reason is if the consumer can’t use the free app without frustration they will NEVER buy into the premium service. We as consumers, your market, will buy an app if we find some type of value in it. Please don’t respond with what those are because we can read it in the app. We have to enjoy the free version enough FIRST before we buy into a paid version. Yes we understand you have ads to keep it free, we as consumers already know that. It’s how they are placed & how often. The fact that you are not really listening to any of the things people are saying and that I’m spelling it out for you suggests that either you have no idea how to run a business or you just don’t care. Either one is bad on your part.
