Previous version of miracle ear had no problem pairing hearing devices to my iPad. This new version requires an iPhone in order to use on iPad even though previous version did not require an iPhone. I have always had a Samsung phone. Very poor app.
The older app worked better for me, it would pair with my aids 2/3 of the time. This newer version will not pair with my aids at all after multiple tries. The older app seems to be no longer available, unfortunately for me. This newer app is useless to me.
App won’t load programs. Not good!!!!!!!!
So, playing with this, MiracleEarApp will load the default program. Trying to trick it to load my custom program has failed every way I try. At this point, MiracleEarApp and hearing aids have been rendered ‘useless’
I’ll return them tomorrow and try someone else.
When this be fixed!!!!!!!! These are going back Monday due to your app inabilities.

Since updating no one can hear me when I use my phone, tried all the troubleshooting things but it’s just MiracleEarApp
Unable to pair the device with my new iPhone. Called cs- nobody answers- prompted to leave a message- nobody responds. Contacted tech support via app. Again nobody responding after 3 attempts….
The previous app was much better. This is a stunningly poor replacement.

This NEW version is TOO COMPLICATED! The previous one was intuitive and easy to use.
Useing the new app. It’s basically good with one exception, while streaming music to my hearing aids the sound breaks up or disappears from time to time. So annoying that I have to stop listening. So listening to music from my phone to the ear pieces is not what the hearing aids are for?
