No iPhone —Samsung phone

Previous version of miracle ear had no problem pairing hearing devices to my iPad. This new version requires an iPhone in order to use on iPad even though previous version did not require an iPhone. I have always had a Samsung phone. Very poor app.
Will not pair!

The older app worked better for me, it would pair with my aids 2/3 of the time. This newer version will not pair with my aids at all after multiple tries. The older app seems to be no longer available, unfortunately for me. This newer app is useless to me.
Programs

App won’t load programs. Not good!!!!!!!!
So, playing with this, the app will load the default program. Trying to trick it to load my custom program has failed every way I try. At this point, this app and hearing aids have been rendered ‘useless’
I’ll return them tomorrow and try someone else.
When this be fixed!!!!!!!! These are going back Monday due to your app inabilities.
