Don’t use if you have an issue

The ads pop up and cannot be exited to see/screenshot your resent to send to a physician. Maybe you can only use it for free so many times before it’s unusable.

Ads make it useless for HIIT

When I tried to get my heart rate right after a HIIT set, ads popped up. They are brief but last long enough to ruin the reading.

Not very accurate

I have multiple heart rate monitor apps. This one is always 15 to 20 beats higher than my other monitors which are always within 5 to 8 bpm. I also use a Fitbit and HeartRateMonitor is always 20 bpm different than my Fitbit shows.
Plan and simple HeartRateMonitor is not as accurate as they says. Any who only use one app to measure their heart rate are fooling themselves.

Not happy with this product.

While not feeling well I go to get my heart rate and ads pop up during the test, so I don’t get an accurate reading.

Results typically low

I have a difficult time getting it to acquire a steady pulse and when it does the heart rate is typically low as compared to taking my pulse for 15 seconds and multiplying by four.

Measures consistently low

I’ve tested this against my chest strap monitor and old school pulse counter, and it consistently under measures. I just ran 4 miles in warm conditions and it told me my heart rate was 99. I’m no Olympian. After a few minutes cooling down, I manually counted and my pulse was still at 126. HeartRateMonitor is not reliable. The interface is nice, though.

I have questions on the measurements

I’m not sure what it means. So my heart rate is vastly different from 5 minutes ago

Useful

Seems like a good app but I am getting inconsistent results when I took 10 measurements they varied from 65bps to 120bps. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Pulse

It’s great! Takes your pulse quickly no worries!

Just as good as the doctors office!

Used this a number of times at the cardiologist’s office last week - checking these numbers against what his expensive pulse checkers, his nurses & the doctor himself found!
They were VERY impressed with the accuracy (& cost!) & wrote down HeartRateMonitor information to share with other patients!

Great Heart rate app!Very easy to use!

Great Heart rate app!Very easy to use! Highly recommend.

Love it!

I’m so pleased with HeartRateMonitor so far because it is simple to use, very accurate in taking heart rates and keeps a log of previous entries. I am using it to keep a record to show the cardiologist at my next appointment. It would be awesome if in the future as technology improves, it could also perform an EKG, but maybe that would require a separate device to connect to the phone.

Works Great

Quick and accurate.

Heart Rate app

I have a history of SVT this helps me to check my heart rate as it tends to go too fast at times when I’m not doing anything.

This app works!

So I needed a heart monitor Dora school project and I found tons and tons of non working heat monitors but, finally I found the one just for me thank you!

Thank you

Just had a heart attack an my heart was over 170+ since then I quit smokin and monitoring my heart rate and this ap helps me tremendously thank you

Accurate for Low Pulse

My resting heart rate is measured accurately with HeartRateMonitor. But, I find that fast heart rate above 160 bpm gives that App difficult. It will frequently put the heart rate below 100 bpm.

Easy to use, could you please add time to the date?

Hi, thanks for developing HeartRateMonitor , I use it almost every day.

The heart rate at night and day time are slightly different, could you please add the time to the date? So that I can compare. The history will make more sense.

Thanks!

So Far, So Good!

I just wanted s simple heart rate monitor that would sync with Apple Health. That’s all the tracking I wanted and that’s what this does! Bonus is (because this is the fourth app I have tried this morning) I clicked on every tab and didn’t get ads each time! If this keeps up, I will pay to support them.

Best app

No subscription. Unlimited measurements. I bought the ad removal to support the developer. Great work, fair, never change.

Reading is way off

Tried the hart rate monitor several times over a week and found the readings too be way off. GUI is nice though.

No good

Don’t waste your time it does not work

So many adds

Don’t waste your time. So many adds it’s crazy.

Terrible

This is the worst app I’ve ever had. Advertisements stop app from working properly

Marca mal la precio no

Siempre mal cual quier cosa marca

Wouldn’t recommend for iPad

Not accurate using iPad. Haven’t used on iPhone.
