Absolutely useless application. I cannot login and when I try to reset the password, I never get any confirmation email back. At the same time, when you’re trying to create a new account, you cannot choose another location, except Yonkers. I don’t see any use in this app when the old app is perfectly functioning.

Everything is worse now! Hey, Pure Fitness…Why buy Blink if you do NOT know what you are doing?!
The app is inefficient, gross, and buggy. The automatic check-ins are GONE. They bought Blink Fitness and they don’t care about what the customers like and respond to.
I’ve been with Blink for YEARS and now I will be shopping around for a new gym…unless Pure Fitness sells to a company who actually understands their audience.

terrible app. I live in Brooklyn and I’m not able to change from the Yonkers location. They sent an email telling us how to log into the new app and those instructions don’t work. I am also not able to reset my password or login with my old app credentials. fix this before i cancel my membership! horrible app
