Got this to ease my anxiety and it was okay starting out but now I Can’t even check my camera when someone’s at the door without paying now, I thought it was meh to begin with but now it’s just a useless camera on my door that I can’t check but they clearly can if there’s storage! No thanks weirdos I’ll be refunding asap.

I have had Camtro for a minute, but now if you do not subscribe it will not let you watch live camera views. Used to be able to watch some ads and get a days worth of saved views. Now you go into Camtro and try to watch live it prompts you to buy a subscription. You click “x” on that and try to view your camera live and the ad comes back. You can’t watch your own bought equipment now. Likewise, I reached out for help using the contact support, and they said Mon-Fri hours. Of course was the weekend, so I waited. Even gave an extra day. Here it is Tuesday and still no reply.

Like the title says, I didn’t know I had to pay for a subscription to review recordings like when a person or something has been detected. At least 10-15secs preview should be free, like the indoor cctv that I also got from Temu. This is so disappointing…Well, I guess that’s what I get for buying something off Temu.

Worked great till few days ago. no can't view any of the door bell cameras or interact on anything for Camtro . I used to love Camtro when I first bought the camera, but I've noticed lately that I no longer receive notifications for anything nothing about motion being detected or when someone rings the bell. And what IS TERRIBLE, now I can’t even check the camera because a message pops up to subscribe, and if you don’t , the cam doesn’t let you watch the front door . TERRIBLE

It’s a clear camera but it has issues with the motion detection consistently cutting off throughout the day every day. If the motion detection isn’t on then the camera is not recording who or what is in front of your door nor does it send notifications that someone is there. It’s also slow when trying to view camera when someone is at door and the battery life could be a lot better. You get what you pay for but I probably will not have this camera too long

I really wish you guys would fix the 24 hour time format because I don't understand it. Other than that it seems good quality and the video quality is also pretty good.

The door bell camera charge will not last long , now I have to replace the batteries when I only had the door bell camera for 2weeks now and the camera doesn’t recognize or record every-time someone comes to my door or walk pass my door the vision is good when it does recognize (record) someone.

I really like my door bell but I wish it could allow me to answer the door bell when it rings. It takes to long for the image to pop up so I can answer the person who is at the door

My review is this that’s the quality is good. It’s easy to set up and it does keep battery service on. It is sensitive of cars so please don’t put it towards the thoroughfare. And if you do turn up the human detect. But they try to trap you into paying for six months to a year at a time. They won’t do just a simple monthly and I don’t want to pay 30 to 60 to 100 $ out of the batt a lot of people who buy this aren’t able to so remember that if you are low income now, it is a good deal all in all for the prize for the product. I would get it but they’re planning information and all that stuff around the payment. I think they should change and they would get a lot happier customers.

The only thing I don’t like is you can’t hear the door bell if you in another room I don’t get alerts at all on my phone if I so happen to look that’s when I’ll see when people passed or I received a package other than that I don’t hear anything and I do have the service, what am I doing wrong because I keep checking to see if something I didn’t do please help me… thank you

I love it honestly. It does have its moments when it takes itself off motion and I have to go back in Camtro and turn it back on. That part is annoying. I’m going to see how this update is but the picture quality is magnificent. The year subscription is the best way to go. It’s cheaper than ring and the picture wis the same. It’s well worth every penny

This is so better than I thought. Always getting alarm as soon as someone gets close to my door no matter where I am, am able to see them.

The this app doorbell device and camera were installed yesterday so we are just experiencing how it works. It has a nice broad camera view of our front door property area and we are learning how to use it. We will write back later after we have more experience so far so good.

I love the camera door bell but I don’t like how long it takes to see who’s at the door or how long it buffers while loading and how it lags sometimes. But it is great at notifying me even when someone just walks past the house

Overall good. Needs another connection inside to hear the doorbell. Unless you get an alert on your phone

I don’t love the idea of purchasing an item and then having to buy a member membership to have it work, but it is what it is

I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. It took some time, energy, and the help of my internet carrier to set the camera up. #worthit

The this app camera is a great and efficient camera. It works like the Ring but a better price. Easily to charge and never a delay or glitch within the camera. I highly recommend this product.

I like my camera I ordered to watch my dog to see what he does when I’m not home. He’s very interested in the camera.

Why is it that when you sign up it says it’s gonna email you an activation link to activate your account but the email is never sent. Can someone help me with that?
